out the sentences with time
frame.
3. Teacher distributes a task sheet

to fill up missing action words
and time frame in the task
sheet.

short message. You will
need to study the picture
and fill up the missing
words. If you need any
help, you can still refer
back to the PowerPoint
shown.

1. Teacher introduces the format of
an email by distributing a new
task sheet with the email
format.
2. Teacher gives out instructions on
how to fill up the details of an
email.
3. Then, pupils write an email to a
friend of theirs about what did

missing action words and
time in your task sheet.

date, time, sender,
receiver and the subject
of an email. Then, write
an email to your friend
