Course Title: Google Forms & Organization Syllabus
Staff Development
Course Explanation: This course will be to inform staff of how to organize their Google Drive
and also learn how to utilize Google forms for their classroom lessons.
Course Objectives:

Understand how to organize Google Drive


Understand how to create forms in Google forms and how to use them in your

lessons
Explain how Google forms can be used in lessons

Assignments:
Staff will organize their Google Drive to display understanding of the lesson (50
points)
Staff will develop and create a Google Form for their classes to take a survey on
the course after the staff development workshop (50 points total)

Note: Excused absences will not affect your grade in this course. All students must be prompt
and on time for each assignment. Late assignments will be accepted at the instructor's
discretion. Communication with the instructor is encouraged.

Student:
I agree to ask my instructor questions if Im unsure of due dates for assignments of any sort. I
agree to actively participate in any discussion boards, group projects/assignments, and any

work assigned to me in this course. I agree to use the proper Netiquette/Online Etiquette when
participating in online assignments for this course.
I understand that participation is a requirement of this course and that it counts towards my final
grade. If any technical issues arise, I will contact the school media specialist and my instructor if
I have electronic network questions. I understand that technical issues related to computer
connections or equipment are un-excused for failure to complete assignments or to participate
in my online course. I will contact my teacher at school via email or telephone and make
arrangements if it is impossible to locate a working computer.

The instructor will respond to emails within 24 hours. The instructor will be fair and consistent
with grading all students work.
Learner Guidance and Relevant Resources:
Participants will be using Google Drive for assignments and updates for the class.
Calendar: Visual organizer for your planning via Google Calendar.
Academic Honesty:
Students are expected to complete all assignments themselves as they complete their own
work. Group work must be a valid reflection of all members efforts in working on an assignment
for the group. Students are expected to complete their assignments in honesty and no
cheating/plagiarism will be tolerated. Students who do not comply with the academic honesty
policy will result in failure of the course as well as a trip to the academic affairs department.
