Focus groups:
We have interviewed to two groups (A&B) consist of 5 consumers in a group, they are
called together, and discussed about Garnier face wash.
The questions were non- structured and open ended.
The positive Opinions:
Natural active ingredients present in their purest form.
The fairness face wash gives then instant glow.
It reduces their pimple problems.
Does not irritate their eyes at all.
They believe Garnier brand is trust worthy.
Average people said Garnier face wash is not much expansive and they will continue
using it.

The Negative opinion:
Few people said Garnier face wash did lighten their skin little bit.
It does not reduces their pimple
Its not reliable to them
Sometimes it does not suit them
They do not think that its a strong brand
They will not buy and use in future

Arguments between group A &B:
To find true information about Garnier face wash the argument between two
groups were affective. The two groups were argued about Garnier face wash
brand, quality, safety and so on.
In their argument we found much positive and negative opinion about the product.
Many people recommend Garnier face wash is good and others recommend
Himalaya, Ponds, Clean & clear, Dove and other suggests Fair &lovely face wash
and they gives explanation why these face wash are good or bad for skin.
