Submittals
KAFC to provide updated Authority status log urgently. KAFC
informed that they are preparing the same.
Btu meter installation drawing to be produced and it shall be
coordinated with M/s Empower. M/s Empower to approve
installation details of Btu meters. KAFC informed that they will
try to get sample Btu meter from Empower at the earliest.
KAFC to rectify and resubmit SS and RMU room for DEWA
inspection at the earliest. KAFC will resubmit for inspection by
next week.
Chilled water pump room seems to be too congested consider
resizing the room if possible.
KAFC informed that DCD review for smoke management
system is in progress. KAFC requested client involvement.
KAFC informed that DEWA estimate is not yet paid. KAFC to
follow up with client for the DEWA estimate payment.
KAFC to find a solution for the Empower opening in B1.
KAFC to propose suitable 3rd party for testing and
commissioning works at the earliest.
KAFC informed that they have tried to upload DEWA Water
application, but rejected by DEWA since an active application
from ACE is pending in system.
KAFC to submit swimming pool pump room layout drawing.
Site Progress
KAFC to restart regular workshops with all parties to sort out
coordination or site problems.
KAFC to protect all final fix items. KAFC informed that they
have locked all apartments from 2 to 10 and is under control.

to supply all items.

KAFC to submit a drawing showing all items in Technical room.

Organic informed KAFC that they can use Technical room in
B2 also if needed.
KAFC propose solid block as pedestal for the roof installation.
The proposal has to be approved and work shall proceed as
per approval.
KAFC to start installation of gate barrier and access control
system. KAFC to arrange a discussion with supplier to explain
detail operation of gate barrier and access control.
KAFC to arrange to install all light fixtures in one floor and
illuminate it to confirm lux level and type of illumination.
KAFC informed that Aviation light is not required for the project.
KAFC to start close out activities like de snagging, Testing and
commissioning, O& M and As Built drawings.
Organic informed that pre-snagging has started and will issue
the same for de-snagging.
Organic expressed concern regarding roof GRP water tank
supply and installation. KAFC to arrange all documents and
paint system as per the discussion with supplier.

Site Safety & Quality

Organic highlighted that CAT-6 cable is used as fire alarm data
cable which is against DCD regulations. Hence to be replaced.
