Structure Design

1. Installation location&building drawing or pictures should be provided.

2. We will provide suggested design in after you order,AutoCAD.dwg format and send to
customers in two weeks.
3. Customers need to make their inal design based on Dakco suggestions.
4. Build the structure with good quality steel and other materials.
5. Structure must be strong enough to keep the public safe.
6. Consult with the professional project company in local area.

Installation Type Example

Above six installation types are most common for outdoor LED display. Base,
Inlaid, Hang, Double Poles Support are most common for indoor LED display.

Cabinet Sketch
1. LED module.
2. ABS plastic module base.

Cabinet to Structure Assembly

1. Open packaging.
2. Check before assembly.
3. Install the irst cabinet to the structure.
4. Adjust horizon with shim.
5. Install the irst line and level up horizon.
6. Adjust gap between cabinets.
7. Fasten screw.
8. Assemble the rest lines of cabinets on the top of irst line.

Connection for Standard Cabinet

Step 1: Connection of AC power cable
Below drawing shows how to connect the AC power cable between cabinets and inside the
cabinets:

Step 2: Connection of Data cable

Below drawing shows how to connect the data cable between cabinets and inside the cabinets:

1. Signal cable interconnection between cabinets is shown as in the diagram: (

means the signal cables from left side cabinets which come inside from left holes,
and will be connected to the related connector jack of irst left line modules, please
pay attention to the linear order.

means the signal cables from its own cabinet

which will go through right hole to be connected to the related connector jack of
irst left line modules of the next cabinet, please pay attention to the linear order.)
2. Connect the network cable (or optical iber) to the top receiving card located on
the irst left line cabinet, going through the hole on one side of the cabinet.
3. Cascade connect network cable (or optical iber) to the receiving cards located
on the irst left line cabinets.
4. Connect the receiving card to related partial modules inside first left line
cabinet.

Now we use is aviation connector,so cabinet with cabinet connect will be more easy
Caution: Power Cable Max Support 4 cabinet if use at outside
