SYSTEMS
Jim Way develops belt cleaners with high cleaning efficiency, long wear life and minimal maintenance; in addition, cleaners prevent material built-up on the return
rollers. Otherwise the result might be belt mistracking,
belt damages and extra maintenance and clean-up
cost. The blades, chosen according to appliction from
wide selection of materials, can be replaced very fast
and easily. We manufacture belt cleaners under ISO
9001 certification.

P: Primary Belt Cleaner

Primary belt cleaner, which is an essential part
of conveyor system, uses low pressure to remove 75~85% of the carryback material.
Pl: Plow Belt Cleaner
Plow belt cleaner is designed for reducing buildup on the tail pulley to improve belt alignment
problems and thus reduce belt damage within
the conveyor system.

strength PU blades, which completely contact the belt
surface, C1UD removes carryback effectively and the
blade without any residue maintains the good scraping
performance. In addition, C1UD, manufactured under

maintain.

absorbing an external force, the PU blade constantly

Special for chevron, vee ridge, and cleated belts. Through
hundreds of high-elastic rubber fingertips, incrustation
left on belt surface is removed efficiently. Besides, those
fingertips are molded from SBR that provides abrasion
resistance for longer service life. In addition, RBC, manufactured under ISO 9001 certification, is fast and easy
to install and maintain.

belt quickly and efficiently, the plow type belt cleaner
eliminates remaining material on the pulley to prevents
the belt deflection and extends the belt service life.
