HORN CURE 300 CURING COMPOUND
HORNCURE 30 is a liquid membrane forming curing compound. It can be applied

to any concrete surface, indoors or outdoors, and provides excellent initial cure to
the concrete by preventing rapid evaporation of water. HORNCURE 300 is a low
viscosity hydrocarbon resin which contains a fugitive dye. The dye disappears

HORN BOARD Asphalt Impregnated Fiber Expansion Filler is composed

of tough, resilient, cellulose fibers securely bonded together with a
uniform impregnation of bituminous binder and preformed into strips or
sheets. The material is strong but light-weight; cuts and handles easily;
resists breakage. It will not extrude from the joint under normal compression and service temperatures, and does not embrittle in cold weather.

Masterflow 713 grout contains specially graded, natural aggregates and
is formulated to be used at any consistency from fluid to damp-pack. It is

A two-component high-modulus low-viscosity epoxy injection resin.

EpoFil is used for the high-strength bonding of cracks. It can be applied
manually or by automated injection systems; use it to grout bolts and
pins, and as an epoxy mortar system when mixed with over-dried aggregate. EpoFil is also available in a super-low viscosity version. 3 gallon kits
consist of 2 gallons of resin and 1 gallon of hardener.
Moisture curing high performance polyurethane sealant. Requires no

Evazote is a resilient, UV stable, preformed, flexible expansion joint
material. It is a low density, closed cell, cross linked ethylene vinyl acetate
polyethylene copolymer. Evazote's cell generation is achieved by being
physically, rather than chemically, blown using nitrogen. This unique
process prevents Evazote from retaining the chemical residues that
contaminate other EVA foams. This also ensures a high level of quality
control. Moreover, no halocarbon gases (e.g., CFC's, HCFC's, HFC's) or
volatile hydrocarbons are used at any time during Evazote's production.
This allows for the manufacture of a pure and chemically inert material.
Therefore, it has superior chemically resistance as well as being safe for
use with potable water and other environmentally sensitive applications.
Futhermore, grooves are placed along the sides of the material. This

Horn/Durajoint PVC Waterstop is used in portland cement concrete construction to
preventthe passage of water through expansion joints or construction joints in almost
every type of structure, whenever water has to be kept out or kept in, whether above,
at, or below grade.
Horn/Durajoint PVC Waterstop is available in many different types and crosssections, several of which have one split flange for use where the elimination of split
form work is desired.
Ribbed with centerbulb are the most commonly used waterstops in expansion
joints where movement is expected.
Ribbed Flat waterstops are ordinarily used in joints where movement is not expected.
Dumbbell waterstops are primarily used in below-grade joints where little or no

HORN/DURAJOINT PVC WATERSTOP

Horn-Durajoint PVC Waterstop is extruded from an elastomeric plastic compound consisting of
virgin polyvinyl chloride and additional resins, plasticizers and stabilizers to meet or exceed the
requirements and performance criteria of Corps of Engineers Specification CRD-C 572-74. An
arctic grade is available on request to meet Ontario Hydro Std. M-264-81. No reclaimed or
reprocessed materials are used. The finished material is gray in color.
Horn/Durajoint PVC Waterstop is chemically inert, contains no material leachable by water, and
is highly resistant to acids and alkalis, to ozone and oxygen, and to waterborne chemicals. It is
fungus resistant, as tested against the specifications outlined in Mil. Std. 81 OB, Method 508. It will
notfatigue on repeated flexure, and it retains its strength and elasticity through atemperature range
from as low as -35F to ahigh + 175F.

Bentoseal is a patented, trowelgrade sodium bentonite compound
used in detailing mastic around penetrations, corner transitions, uneven
areas that may cause penetration of
Volclay Panels, filling up small honeycombs and cracks, tie back plates,
etc. Bentoseal swells upon contact
with water, forming a tight pressure
seal when used in a confined area.

Volclay Panels consist of sodium

bentonite, a nontoxic mineral of volcanic origin, which swells up to 15
times its dry volume upon contact
with water, sandwiched between layers of biodegradable kraftboard. After backfilling, the swelling of the sodium bentonite is confined by the

forms a tough, impervious, permanent waterproof membrane. Type
CR Panels can be used in salt water,
fresh water or where groundwater

applications. Sodium bentonite is uniformly encapsulated between two layers of woven and nonwoven geotextiles.

POLYDRAIN DRAINAGE SYSTEMS

All standard PolyDrain channels are manufactured from PolyDyn, an advanced formulation of selected quartz aggregates and inert
mineral fillers bonded with a high-grade polyester resin. This composite material is suitable for use in exterior and interior
applications and offers distinct advantages in terms of strength, durability, and cost over alternative materials.
PolyDyn polymer concrete is vastly superior to portland cement in terms of strength and wear resistance. Because polymer concrete
has 3-5 times the compressive and tensile strength of portland cement, it can be cast much thinner and is, subsequently, much
lighter in weight. This one important factor eliminates the need of heavy equipment and the extensive accompanying labor costs.
PolyDyn is nonporous and corrosion resistant. Absorption is less than 0.2% which makes it ideal for food processing and chemical
industry applications often requiring frequent washdown with strong cleaning agents or the capture and containment of corrosive
and sometimes hazardous materials. The smooth, mirror-like channel finish reduces flow resistance and allows fluids to pass at an
increased velocity. It is this quality that makes PolyDrain channels self-cleaning.
Since its introduction, the PolyDrain Trench Drain System has gained ready acceptance into a wide variety of applications. One of the
reasons forthis is the modular concept of the PolyDrain System. PolyDrain's modular design permits the user to create any drainage
configuration using only the simplest of hand tools. PolyDrain eliminates the expensive forming that is required in building a
cast-in-place trench drain.
Each PolyDrain channel is a nominal meter (39.19") in length. Standard channels have a built-in 0.6% slope and are placed
sequentially in numerical order. There are 30 channels, numbered from 010 to 300, that create a continuously sloped channel run.
Custom trenches can be designed with intersections or miters which can be easily fabricated on-site with commonly available
commercial grade cutting tools. By varying outlet placements, runs of any length are possible.

concrete columns up to 12 feet in height. They provide a finished surface
