Dream became real in His time

One of the first sentences I heard when I walked into the church after
coming back from the trip, and from several people, was "oh my
goodness, thank God you are still alive!" If you want the honest truth, I
think I am more alive now than I was before going on this trip. Let me
back up a bit and tell you a little bit more.
You all know that I am originally Egyptian. In 1982, I moved to
Amman after Fayez and I got married. In 2001 we moved to Canada. I
had wanted to go back to Jordan for a visit since we moved here, but the
timing was never right. After hearing about the Samaritans Purse trip
and spending time in prayer, I felt a burden and a burning in my heart to
go to Mafraq, Jordan and work with the Syrian refugees. I am really
blessed to have been able to do this trip with my daughter Violin, who
was also called to this ministry and was the one who originally told me
about the opportunity. It was incredibly sad to be there and see that
what I had been seeing on the news is actually real! Many people lost
family members, and lots of families were separated from each other.
This was a very meaningful trip, and in the midst of all this devastation,
God showed up miraculously and evidently. I am blessed to have been a
part of this ministry! Please pray for me, I want to continue working
with Syrian refugees here in Calgary, which is my vision!

Pray for Emma & Arve- Pray for healing as Emma is still away
from home recovering from a broken foot.
Pray God will give us opportunity to help those who are alone or
hurting during the Christmas season.
Pray for the families in San Bernardino California during this
of tragic loss.
Pray for Gods peace and good health for those who are very
busy and feeling stress during this season
