Lucas went out the back door. There was no cake left for his father so his mother prepared
him a cheese sandwich but his father threw it angry at the wall and his mother began to cry.

She lives in Elm Street Avenue, a street where very wealthy people live. He knows it because
he delivers the newspapers there.
