As per our telecom, please go through our scope of requirement
to raise SO from mobile Apps which finally triggering to SAP & SO
no. gets displayed. Further you can send your presentation
covering our requirement with your inputs how best can be done:
SCOPE OF THE REQUIREMENT
Following points required to take care while entering SO in
mobile

CUSTOMER CODE: To select customer code to be

raised sale order if particular customer/new one is
not in SAP system then system will throw message
for customer not available .Then in such case, first
customer code requires creating then one should
enter sale order in mobile w.r.t customer.
SHIP TO PARTY(DESTINATION):Required to select w.r.t
customer from POP up menu
INCOTERM: Requires to select incoterm while entering
SO in mobile APPS
MATERIAL CODE: To select material code/MRP code to
be dispatched. Its mandatory to select & same will
trained to our sale person .However it can be
changed if revised at level of SO check.
QUANTITY: To select quantity in tone to be
dispatched.
PLANT (CODE) : To select depot code from where
dispatch to be done. It is mandatory to input but later
on depot can be modified at final check of SO

 DATE: System will take automatic current date as per

input in mobile.
PRICE : It does not require to check in mobile Apps
which later on ,it is decided during SO check &
finalization
CHECK CREDIT LIMIT: Will get credit limit information
in mobile through SAP system so that sale person
understands for payment part or balance which leads
for collection to execute particular sale order.
Updation of Sale Order: As the data entered in mobile
then same will automatically updated in SAP system
& mobile user gets the sale order no. created in SAP
through connectivity. If connectivity is not there at
particular moment as per area/location then it will
store in mobile data and once connectivity gets, it is
updated in SAP system.
Data Expiration: If data is not populated in SAP from
mobile on same day if connectivity is not getting then
it will expire on the same day & does not trigger to
SAP system.

1 Hardware requirement:

Required to give details if any hardware requirement for

SAP integration or gather local mobile data

2 Report part:

A report can be generated in SAP system specially raised

through mobile Apps so that Guwahati people can view
the SO report raised by all sale person then their job
starts from DO planning w.r.t SO. Following output field
requires executing the report
