To prepare outlines of each lesson to further commit these truths to memory
To memorize scripture
To share biblical insight, testimony, prayer requests, and have spiritual accountability over the

-Bible Doctrine: Essential Teachings of the Christian Faith by Wayne Grudem (Kindle edition or hard copy).
HIC funds are available for reimbursement if a student is in need.

-Computer, Internet, and Facebook. We will use a Facebook group to share our weekly prayer request, to
post weekly, and to discuss the material.

Assignments
-Read almost half of the Bible Doctrine book in two months (January to February). It is 528 pages and
therefore we will read approximately 260 pages26 pages a week.
-Write a simple chapter outline, summary, or lesson of each section including the definition of major terms
and major verses. We will cover 17 of the 34 sections overall. Keep entries in an electronic journal to
submit at end of vacation.
-Every Wednesday answer one of the questions PG posts on Facebook with a 200 word post.

-Each week post two responses or more of 100 words to a students original post between Wednesday and
Sunday.
-Every Monday share an update on how you are doing, a praise, and a prayer request.
-Monday through Wednesday pray through others prayer request and reply as you feel led.
-Memorize one Bible Verse a week by writing the Bible verse down 25 times, as well reciting it verbally.

Week 1
Wed-Dec 23 Post and Introduction: Share your name, who are your, your desire from the class/small
group, praises and prayer requests on Facebook. HW: Read Sections 1-3 (Intro, Bible). Write a brief outline
or summary of the reading in journal. Write Bible memory verse 25 times in journal in order to commit to
memory (2 Cor 5:17).
Week 2

Wed-Dec 30 Post a 200 word original post to one of PGs 3 questions. Post two responses to a
students original post by Sunday. HW: Read sections 4-5 (Attributes of God). Write a brief outline or
summary of the reading in journal. Write Bible memory verse 25 times in journal in order to commit to
memory (John 14:21).
