commissioning of 33 kV GIS (DEABB), 11 kV AIS(CZABB), 33/11kV
Transformer (ITABB), Neutral earthing resistors (Oz Dirnec-Turkey), 11/0.433
kV Transformer (SAABB), 33kV protection and control system (CHABB) &
Substation Automation system ( CHABB).
Project value (supply): 6.5 MUSD.
Award date: 23.03.2014.

1. 33 kV GIS:
1. Nothing technical to follow up.
2. Please book the VO received form Target (GTE-12-ABB-SEP14.pdf)
3. Material delivered to site. To co-ordinate with Target for Supervision of
Installation, Testing & Commissioning.
4. Submission of Invoice 1464001593 for collection of payment.( follow up
with Gerard )
5. Factory Contact: Dr Gerd Lauber.
6. As Built drawings to be requested from the factory.( submitted with the
customer )
7. Local site engineers are handling the testing and commissioning contact
person ( Rahuljit)
8. Rates for local is 5000 QAR .
9. Reply to Target on the issue the of installation of the CT

2. 11 kV AIS:
-

No more technical issues remaining so far.

Original Documents required for clearance to be submitted to Target
Invoice to be raised & submitted to bank to claim payment.
Submission of Invoice 1464001594 for collection of payment.

We already finished the installation phase By Martin the time sheet included
in the files
Send the new rates according to Hisham instruction
Waiting the relay settings from the customer side .

3. 33/11 kV power transformer.

1. Coordinate to send someone from the factories for testing and
commissioning
2. Follow up with finance pertaining the invoice as it is issued but not yet
collected.
3. We have to send the ratings to the customer as per Hisham instruction.
4. We have faced earth leakage in one of the transformers , hence site
intervention visit has been accomplished , and also we will change the
gauge , I have it .

4. Neutral Earthing Resistor

- All the works has been executed at the site
