Brief Introduction of Guard Service
Our security service was established in 2010 under the name of Zoiskraft.Co, and in
2015 it was reorganized and started operating under the name of Zoisguard.Co.
Our guard service has 360 security officers, 12 patrol vehicles for everyday use, 7 cars
for special duties. We also have internal counsel to review policies, ethics service,
independent technical department, training service dogs, fitness and combat club to
keep security officers fit.
In terms of weaponry, we have sufficient resources of special tools for each security
officer which includes uniform, and accessories including handcuffs, batons, gas,
helmets, firearms, radio communication tools and all other types of weaponry.
Our guard service trains all of our security office at Mongolian State University of
Internal Affairs or at our own specialized training course and an additional trainings
such as occupational safety, fire safety, and medical first-aid.
In order to continually assess the quality of our service, we have 24 hour monitoring
center, operators, internal affairs and ethnic service. All of our security officers
activities are constantly monitored.
Depending on clients request, we also install camera that can monitored from
everywhere that has fiber optic cable and services as well as installation of GPS
devices on vehicles. Also at the request of client we install area wide integrated radio
network with operating range up to 70km radius operational area.
We also have the capability to provide mobile temporary shelter suitable for various
environmental conditions and able to produce and install these anywhere required.
Moreover, in order to provide proper lighting in 2015 our company established
LED light factory and we manufacture street lights which we also sell and install in
the domestic market.
Our security service was the first to design and implement signaling software program
works on GSM system. This software is known as Zois. This software receives
information from 21 province and 160 soums within 13-15 seconds regardless of the
distance.
Zoisguard emergency response teams security officers are hired according to strict
requirements. The team consists of men who are 185-200cm tall and able to stop
potential attack from 2-3 persons each.
We have well implemented fire and occupational hazard safety policies and have
adequate very qualified and self-sufficient personnel to respond to calamities.

Since Zoisguard security service was founded we have honorably worked with
government and private organizations. We guarded various important sites for our
clients such as buildings containing explosives and such.
Currently, Zoisguard security guard service is in charge of 170 security operation
nationwide.

Security Service Operation Plan

Our service will provide following personnel, vehicles and special equipment
at Wind Park located in Umnugovi province, Tsogt-Tsetsgii soum. These include:

In a shift company will have:

Transportation vehicles
The security officers will be using Toyota all-wheel drive cars to perform their
duties according to traffic rules and regulations. During transportation, employees will
follow internal and mutually agreed upon rules and regulation between the company
and client.

1. In order to closely monitor the roads beginning, ending or passing by the

project grounds, the posts will be located and monitored on -09, WTG-20,
WTG-013, WTG-03, WTG-015 (See marks X on Pic.1).
2. As the project ground is approximately 70 sq.km, 2 patrol cars will be on duty
for any bypassing personnel or vehicles, animals passing etc. Patrol 1 will be
located between WTG15-WTG18 and patrol 2 will be between WTG04WTG06 (See Star marks on Pic. 1).

Rules and regulations of operation

1. Our company will follow national laws as well as the rules and regulations
that are mutually agreed between Zoisguard and the client at all times
regarding authorized or unauthorized personnel and operating during
emergencies.
