Emotional Content
Before I continue with the Emotional Content, I want to remind you to
make sure that whenever you use Emotional Content in every exercise or
Training that youre doing, that youre always focusing and channeling
those Emotions into your Training itself! In other words, DONT let your
Emotions run wild like crazy in every direction without any control! I know
this from my own experience! It was one of my weakest points when it
came down to Training.
I still practice it daily to channel all of my enormous and abundant energy
into every Training that I do while avoiding expenditure of energy wich
goes nowhere and thus, is just wasted energy in the long run. So whats
very important is that YOU and me, both gotta keep our Emotions in
check while Training and use them to their utmost maximum!
www.FerociousStrength.com
No doubt about that! But also keep attention to where youre channeling
those STRONG Emotions. Like I said, that way you expand less energy
overall and you stay way more focused on the task at hand and the
ultimate goal!
Its exactly like Bruce Lee said in the Movie Enter the Dragon Its like a
Finger pointing away to the moon, dont concentrate on the finger, or
youll miss all that heavenly glory!
So now that we have established what Anchors are, know how to trigger
them and use them, lets dive deeper into the Emotional Content and
how it will propell your Conditioned Responses/Anchors to an whole
other level! As a matter of fact, Iv been experimenting with this
Emotional Anchors concept for over 2 and a half years now! Let me tell
you how it all began
It all started in July/August of 2009. I was still in the Army and doing my
time, when all of a sudden one day we had to do an incredible amount of
Burpees & Pullups! And the reason for that was because we (me and my
Army Comrades) messed up and did some stupid sh*t (which I wont go
any deeper into. Because then It would take at least 50 pages to write
everything down!), which made the Sergeant so pissed off that he
ordered us to begin doing Burpees (with Pushups in the bottom position!),
alternating with a Pullup or Chinup when we jumped up in the air and
grabbed the Pullup/Chinup bar.
Now, for everyone thats already been Training for a while and has been
through the trenches (figuratively speaking), knows exactly how TOUGH &
HARD those are to do! Especially when you have to do them for a long
period of time without any time-limit or rest between sets. Those are
BRUTALLY HARD to do! Just think about this for a second, you havent
eaten well for a while, havent slept well neither for who-knows how long,
havent had any mental rest for a long period of time and just been
Pushing (and Pulling) forward for days on out! Now thats TOUGH my
friend!

Goosebumps
So lets continue on to see How, Where & Why Goosebumps play such a
huge role!
You see, the fact of the matter is that we are ALL Emotional beings,
wether we admit it or not! Were also using and triggering Anchors in
ourselves, in our Subconscious Mind that is! Once you realize this, then
you can quickly see that youve been using and triggering Anchors in your
own mind all the time throughout your entire life! If you think about this
long and good enough, then youll know Im right and youll get that A-HA
moment once you figure it out! I know from personal experience that
thats exactly how it was in my case as well!
And since were all Emotional beings as humans, we can also use our own
Emotions to our own greater good! And thats exactly what I did back
then! I was actually very angry and mad at my Army Comrades and the
Sergeant, as I already said before! And thus I was Emotionally involved in
the Burpee/Pullup Combo that we all did. I was so pissed off and mad that
being scared, tired or fatigued didnt even come up in my mind and didnt
bother me at all, NONE! I didnt feel tired the entire time while doing the
punishement exercise combo. It was only afterwards that I all of a sudden
realized that I had been doing a ton of reps for a super long period of
time.
www.FerociousStrength.com
And that was the moment where I also realized that being Emotionally
involved in the exercise at hand that you do is a MUST! Period! If you go
into an exersise being negative about yourself, going brainless into it and
just going through the motions like a braindead zombie, then you get
what you put into it, NOTHING! Or at least not as much as you could have
gotten out of it, if you triggered conditioned responses (Anchors) and
mixed that together with Emotional Content!
And that brings me to the main subject discussed in this FREE Bonus
Report for everyone that signed up/opted-in for my newsletter:
Emotional Anchors!
Emotional Anchors
This is a very POWERFUL concept, and Youll understand exactly why once
you use it on a daily basis! And let me tell you another thing, once you use
it on a daily basis, you dont want to go back to what you did (or not do)
previously in your Training! Being Emotionally tuned in and involved with
your own Training in every exercise that you do is a CRUCIAL part of any
effective long term Training regime.
Just ask the Legendary Bruce Lee! Of course he cant answer you anything,
because hes dead. But he did say this much in the movie from 1973
Enter the Dragon: We need EMOTIONAL Content! He said this to his
student who practiced the Side-Kick with him! When the student did his
first Side-Kick, Bruce Lee smiled and asked him: What is this? An
exhibition? And then he continued to say, and I repeat: We Need
Emotional Content! Which, once again, brings us to being Emotionally
involved into everything you do in your Training. This my friend, is KEY!
I can not stress this enough to all of you who have read this far! You got to
use your Emotions and channel them into the exercise(s) youre doing,
wether its Bending Steel, Ripping Phonebooks, Juggling Kettlebells,
Handstand Pushups, Pullups, Burpees etc. It doesnt matter!
www.FerociousStrength.com
As far as I have been experimenting and trying this on myself, Ive come to
the conclusion that there are 3 Emotional Contents that you can and
should use in your Training! Those are: 1. Happy Emotions, 2. Angry
Emotions and 3. Fearful Emtoions. I excluded the Sad Emotion, because
the Sad Emotion didnt work very well for me and when youre using very
Sad Emotions while you Train, you become even more sad and in the end,
that will only weaken you in my opinion. I have experimented with this,
and out of the hundreds of times that I tried using the Sad Emotion as my
Emotional content, I failed and it didnt test well. Which to me, is an
indication that its not cut out as an Emotional Content to use while you
Train.
So weve got the Happy, Angry and Fearful Emotions! All of those
Emotions open up and bring a state of mind to your Training! All of them
however, have one thing in common. When you visualize yourself being
VERY Happy, Angry or Fearful, then those feelings will give you
Goosebumps! If you use them correctly and effectively! And the way to
use all of them effectively is by visualizing something that happened to
you in the past that gave you any of these Emotional states! Or you can
take scenes from movies, music or sounds that youve heard and use that
as your Emotional Content(s) while you Train!
For example: I always get Goosebumps when I hear or see the Rocky
Training Montage song from Rocky IV, when I hear or see the Gladiator
scene where Aurelius Maximus (Russell Crowe) yells to the crowd in the
Collosseum: Are you NOT entertained? Or when I see and hear the
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Intro song from the Cartoon in the 80s!
I also get Goosebumps when I hear someone tells me that I CAN NOT do a
particular Feat of Strength or exercise! That gives me very ANGRY
Emotions and that FIRES me up from the inside and creates a burning
desire to become even Stronger and better, to prove to that idiot telling
me I cant do it, but MOST importantly, to myself that I most definitely
CAN and WILL do it! So thats where Goosebumps also come into play.

The Zone
People that have been in the ZONE and have Trained or performed while
being in the ZONE, describe it as being able to do everything fluently and
effortlessly. Without even trying it and having a extreme tuned in
connection between the mind & the body. It just flows like water! And
speaking of flowing and being like Water! I have found out that Bruce Lee
also said and connected the dots from Be (Flow) Like Water my friend
with having Emotional Content while you Train!
And while you incorporate the Emotional Content into your Training via
the Happy, Angry & Fearful Emotions while summon the Goosebumps
along with them, you will open the door to the subconscious mind and
thus youll also open a door to Enter the Zone!
I know this sounds too good to be true and somewhat of a Hocus Pocus,
Mumbo Jumbo business, but its definitely NOT! Iv used this with succes
in the past and I still use it with enormous succes in the present as we
speak! And the more I use these Emotional Contents through the
Goosebumps that I call upon after setting the Anchors, the more I become
aware of the Unlimited Powers and possibilities of the mind. It all sounds
very simple, and to be quite honest, it actually is. It will be a little tricky
and difficult in the beginning, but so will be Training, or anything else
thats brand new to you for that matter.
Im not saying that just by summing and calling upon the Goosebumps
and then Trigger an conditioned response/Anchor while being Emotionally
involved into it, will let you enter the Zone as easily as taking a walk
outside. What I am saying and offering you however, is a possibility to
enter that ZONED OUT state where everything just seems to happen
effortlessly and where you can keep on going and going and going without
fatigue bothering you, without a disconnection between the mind and
body and most of all without stopping when the going gets really TOUGH!

Everyone that Trains Hard knows exactly what Im talking about, but even
the newbies who just start out know exactly what Im talking about. Its an
universal thing! The ZONE is understood subconsciously by almost
everyone on the face of the planet. One of the best athlete to use for an
example for being in the Zone most of the time when he played, is
Michael Air Jordan! Everyone knows Michael Air Jordan, so I wont
introduce him any further, instead I encourage you to do a quick Google
search and you can find everything you need to know about this
Phenomenal Athlete!
When people asked M. Jordan about his incredible Jumping, Shooting and
Dunking abilities in Basketball, he simply answered: Its beyond me, it
just happens all by itself
And that ought to say a lot! And as a matter of fact, Ive been studying Air
Jordans expressions on his face when he played Basketball back in the
days! In every move that he makes, you can definitely, without a shred of
a single doubt, see that hes EMOTIONALY involved in it! He loved every
second of the game that he played, he also used to LOVE dunking the
Basketball itself! Why do I claim this so easily and say this up front?
Because if you look at his face when he dunks the ball and hes Flying up
in the air, you can clearly see that he has his tongue sticking out of his
mouth plus the FIRE & WILL in his eyes when he does so! Its PURE
Emotional Content when he dunks! And it happened almost every time
when he played Basketball, back in the days. And you can bet all your
money on it that he used to have Goosebumps whenever he played
Basketball. Im pretty damn sure of that!

If you really are interested in the philosophy, achievements and life of the
Legendary Bruce Lee, then I highely recommend you check out ALL of his
classic movies and also that you buy all of his books that he wrote himself!
It will be worth all of your money, easily! Once you read about Bruce Lee
and how he stressed the Emotional Content in his Training and also in
everything else in his life, then you will understand what Im saying over
here even better!
It is as simple as that, simple but NOT easy! As is the case with all of the
hard and productive Training. This area is mostly untouched by the
majority of Trainees & Athletes throughout their whole career. Make sure
YOU dont make the same mistake as they do!
So everytime before you start your Training, take a moment to trigger a
conditioned response/Anchor in your mind (do this with your eyes
closed). Say 2 or more words to yourself that will become your Anchors in
the future! For example, lets say you want to become STRONGER in your
Training, the best way would be to say these words to yourself while
feeling and seeing it through visualization in your body: SUPER
STRENGTH, FEROCIOUS STRENGTH or LEGENDARY STRENGTH etc. Use
the Anchors that work the best for you! And only you!
Like I said before, You can also trigger your Emotional Content(s) and get
Goosebumps from a particulair song, movie scene or even a sound! It
doesnt really matter, ALL of those options are GREAT and Valid! So use all
of them however you see fit for the moment and situation at hand!

This puts me in a very good and usefull spot when it comes down to going
to WAR against Steel! And I say this because, at least in my own case,
being Happy doesnt cut it and actually doesnt work when youre fighting
and battling against Steel or other odd objects that were never meant to
be bent by Human Hands or Human strength in the first place!
I could go on and on and on and give you examples for every type of
Training that I do and every type of Emotional Content that I use and
summon upon before I do them! But I wont, because everyone is
different and everyone is an individual! Which means that what works
perfect for me, might or might not work even remotely good for you and
vice versa! Were all different and because of that I cant possibly give
examples of what to use for what exercise or which combination to use at
that particular time. You gotta find that out for yourself and experiment
with it for yourself as well! Exactly the same way I experimented with this
stuff for 2 and a half years now! Even to this day, Im still experimenting
with it! Theres no definitive Emotion that works all the time for the same
exercise or Feat of Strength being performed!
What might have worked for you last year as an Emotional Anchor, may
not work for you anymore today! Its an never-ending journey which you
got to embark on and discover for yourself! But once again, like Iv said
many, many times before: Its NOT the Destination that is important, but
the Journey itself that is important! Learn to enjoy the Journey, play with
this cool and usefull information yourself, make it your own and develop
your own system of Emotional Anchors that will help you in the best way
possible!
The only very important part that I cant teach you very good is the
Anchor trigger and fire response while youre under Hypnosis. I could
teach it to you in this Free Bonus Report as an explanation, but it will take
up way too much space and time to read it, and then you got to hear it as
an audio or mp3 in the end anyway.
