check valve (hot air bypass)


(refer to figure 15) the check valve in installed in the hot air bypass duck batween
the bypass valve of the dual temperature control valve and the acm turbine.

the check valve includes a valve body two connects that installation and flow
direction are correct.
the check valve prevents total loss of cabin pressure in the event of duct failure up
stream of the turbine

. cooling system
(refer to figure 18) the cooling system gets a controlled engine bleed air supply
from compression system. the cooling system cools and conditions engine bleed
air before supplying the flight and passenger compartments.

a dual temperatur control valve routes this supply through the refrigeration pack to
a condenser and mixer unit for delivery to the distribution system.

. refrigeration pack
(refer to figure 12) the refrigeration pack, intalled attachment brackets forward of
the control wing front spar at wing sta.220 between fuselage frames 19 and 21.
the refrigeration pack includes a dual heat exchanger, air cyle machine, associated
and a duct over temperature switch.

a dual heat exchanger consists of a primary and secondary section fabricated to


make a single unit.

the air cyle machine (acm) includes a housing having a bearing mounted shaft, on
which a cooling turbine rotor, an air compreeor rotor and an air fan rotor are
installod. an oil upm attached to the bottom of the turbine housing supplies oil to

the oil wicks at each rotor bearing location, the duct over-temperature switch
HF47 (HF48) is a singel pole nolmally open, non latching switch with a bimetallic
element. the unit is installed in the compressor outlet duct between the ACM and
the secondary heat exchanger inlet.

the duct over-temperature switch operates at a raising temperature of 435 celsius


lebih kurang 10 celsius F and a falling temperature of 420 celsius F minimum.

when duct air temperature increase to more than the preset limit, the overtemperature switch HF47 (HF48) operates to close the pressture regulator and
shut-off valve and the HP shut-off valve.

. sistem pendingin
(lihat gambar 18) sistem pendingin mendapat mesin berdarah pasokan udara
dikendalikan dari sistem kompresi. sistem pendingin mendinginkan dan kondisi
mesin berdarah udara sebelum memasok penerbangan dan penumpang
kompartemen.

.. Komponen deskripsi
. pendingin pack
(lihat gambar 12) paket pendingin, intalled kurung lampiran maju dari spar sayap
depan kontrol pada sayap sta.220 antara badan pesawat frame 19 dan 21.
pak pendingin termasuk penukar panas ganda, mesin cyle udara, terkait dan
saluran over switch suhu.
penukar panas ganda terdiri dari bagian primer dan sekunder dibuat untuk
membuat satu unit.
mesin cyle udara (acm) termasuk perumahan memiliki bantalan yang dipasang
poros, yang turbin rotor pendingin, sebuah compreeor udara rotor dan penggemar
