Manager, Human Resources Curriculum
Developed and managed Human Resources curriculum for 16 technical job families, over 300 employees, using a
variety of learning methods. Designed an in-depth career resource guide for HR Consultants, developed job
competencies and a systemic model for approaching development of competencies. Supervised the
implementation of the on-line resource guide to include interactive tools.
Managed operations including $1 million budget. Supervised staff, managed vendor relations, marketed
programs, and analyzed evaluations. Reported performance results with recommendations to leadership.
Consulted with internal clients on learning needs. Performed needs analysis, data gathering, research, and
recommended and implemented final learning/organizational interventions.
Led a team of fifteen associates and launched the Learning Summit, a wide-scale intervention for the learning
community. Recruited and contracted with leading speakers in the industry, designed the two-day program, and
managed implementation. Received 100% satisfaction from level one evaluations.
Worked jointly with a cross-functional team to develop key retention strategies, including a retention tool kit for
line managers. Project received company wide recognition.
Collaborated with a team and designed an alternative working arrangement strategy and training program.
Managed the work/life curriculum; identified new programs based on current gaps from needs assessments,
