WORK EXPERIENCE

Account Manager
Check 'n Go - North Hollywood, CA - August 2015 to Present
Responsibilities
As account manager, I oversee all operations management for the North Hollywood branch of Check N Go.
I am responsible for approval and denial of all loans, including new loans, and extension of further credit and
refinance. I am responsible for store marketing, growth, and collections, while providing outstanding customer
service.
Other duties include include, but are not limited to, daily morning and mid-day bank deposits, business
to business marketing, and building stronger community ties help achieve goals in regards to growth and
retention.
Accomplishments
Since taking over the North Hollywood branch, I have turned the business from one of the lowest performing
stores, to being top store in the entire district this November 2015, and still hold on to the top in loan growth
and total loans. I am honored to be at the helm of the branch in this exciting period of growth, while better
serving N Hollywood, and communities throughout Southern California!

Responsibilities
As Account Manager / Environmental Director for a 100 bed facility, I was responsible for the environmental
wellbeing of the residents, maintaining the cleanliness of the entire facility, and act as Housekeeping manager,
including management of a staff of 15 janitors, housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry workers. I managed
the payroll, scheduling, operations, and reporte directly to the Hospital Administrator to ensure the needs of
the facility and patients are being met, and exceeded.

Branch Manager I
Fast Auto and payday loans

- Panorama City, CA - July 2013 to July 2014

Responsibilities
Was responsible for running the entire branch operations. Duties included opening and closing branch, making
daily bank deposit and accounting for balances and transactions in the system.
I was responsible for lending customers payday loans and auto title loans, and made the final decision on all
loan approvals in Branch. I was in charge of marketing our store, and furthered the expansion into Panorama
City, and surrounding 5 mile radius. This led to furthered business to business relations in our neighborhood,
which resulted in mutually benefitial business relationships, which helped all grow and expand business to
better serve individuals according to their specific needs in our community.
Accomplishments
I had the Distinction of starting up my Branch, after business license, and grew my Branch to the fastest
growing branch at that time in all of Los Angeles county. Thanks to hard work , and also the excellent support
of my reps. My branch then became a training branch, and I even trained our next District Managers at our
branch, together with my team.
