In the home shrine through prayers and meditations.
Helps one to become God-conscious in all daily activities.
Arouses a sense of togetherness in the family, since the
family members worship together and participate in the
rituals, chants, singing, and study of scriptures. Obliged to
perform rituals and sacrifices and make them offerings of
food.

2) Respect ancestors
Hindu practice of ancestor worship... showing respect to the
presence of souls passed on, seeks protection for those now
departing and prays that embodied souls might be blessed
with peace on Earth. Our ancestors are responsible for your
birth, so we should pay them by doing good deeds. living
virtuously, performing, rituals and making them offerings of
food, their descendants can prolong their stay and grant
them better lives in their next birth. If your ancestors are
happy, they will also bless you and help you attain peace
and prosperity upon earth. By serving them, you will replay
the karmic debt you owe to them.
3) respect all beings

All human beings are a form of soul and manifestations of

Brahma in the hindu beliefs, so as another soul we are
obliged to respect all the souls and beings. We have to love
and be compassionate to other souls and practice of helping
each other. Violence and hurting or harming of another souls
is consider a sin and should never be practiced unless for
self - defense. Hinduism is the only religion where animals
are worshipped and treated with care. Animals have also
duties in creation and their duty is to serve humans in
different capacities. As the Vedas say, just as the humans
are to gods, the cattle are to humans.
4)honor all mankind
Hinduism, teaches human beings to show love and respect
to all mankind with all heart and being down to earth and
eliminating the act of selfishness. As througout our life,
everything were given to us by god such as , identity, power,
abilities, strengths, riches, and enjoyment... and all these are
not forever as god can take it back from us anytime so we
should show our gratitude towards god by helping other man
kind thats needs help. In Hinduism, service to humanity is
also considered service to God. Provide food for those who
are in need. This practice is intended to create the spirit of
sharing with others. Serve guests with love, respect, and
reverence. This practice is the basis for the traditional
hospitality of Hindu households.
