Peer Review Form Week 3 - Task 5: GRASP dealing with the Readers/Writer Problem

Purpose
The Peer Review Form for storyboard task is intended to provide constructive feedback to peers with the intent that getting
feedback from peers will be more meaningful and provide insight to others in the class that there are many ways to solve
these problems.
In this case, the focus is on the key elements to establish effective Use Cases.
Peer Reviews typically require each student to review code of two peers and two others will peer review the student . Except in
extreme cases, students are not asked to peer review each others work. If there are an odd number of students, TAs or
mentors will fill in for a missing peer reviewer and an extra review will be asked to provide a third review of anothers ENB.
If the answer to a question is yes, give a mark of 1. If the answer is no, give a mark of zero. Explain zero marks in the
notes.

Use appropriate and respectful language for your peers in the notes section
Critique the performance and behavior and not the person
Comment only if adds value to the peers performance
Focus on specific problem areas (This is required when you give a mark of zero.)
If your peer doesnt agree then be open for a discussion to resolve the conflict

Donts:
1. Dont be vague in your feedback. Avoid writing/saying I didnt get the point or I didnt understand. Rather say
which parts of the explanation was not clear in terms of language, content, tone etc.
2. Dont argue
3. Dont focus on irresolvable questions/traits all the time (If a peer has a bad temper dont keep saying that. Rather
look for ways to help him/her overcome it)
4. Dont vent your frustrations
5. Dont try to resolve other team issues/personal issues through the form. (If required talk in person and resolve it.)
