2. Anak: 0,5 1mL/kg/6 8 jam6
ICU: 0,5 mg/kg/3 jam jika pH gaster <57
3. Ulkus peptik:8
a. Anak : 5 15 mL PO/3 6 jam atau 1 3 jam PC atau HS9
