1. To inform the Project Coordinator or person in charge

Inform PM before start the job in daily basis.

PM need to buy off the work area for GC to start work in time.

2. To identify the final location of the job area according to

identification and risk assessment prior to start work.

5. To barricade the work area accordingly before start work.

To communicate with the Area Owner about the location
where the work is going to be done.
6. To hack the existing brick wall partition using hacker and
hammer and to dismantle the ceiling boards and ceiling T

Worker shall placed suitable size of choke at the vehicles tire

before start the unloading task.
If the unloading task taking a long period workers shall
temporarily barricade the unloading spot with safety cone. To
have a full time spotter to control the traffic flow if necessary.
Workers shall wear hand glove to prevent hand cut and injuries
during the mobilization works.
Worker shall perform work with buddy system when lifting the
long materials and ladders.
GC Supervisor/safety supervisor to explain the emergency
evacuation plan to the workers.

Unsafe work area

GC site team and workers need to cordon off the work area with
sufficient space to work and store the material and tools.
Relevant signage need to be posted at the cordoned area.

To use ELCB when tapping power from points and to maintain

hang the power cords higher and do not lay on the floor.
To use dusk mask , ear plugs and safety goggle while hacking.
To use inspected ladder and to comply buddy system and three
point contact while working on ladder.

7. To clear all the hacked bricks and debris using sand bags
and trolley.
8. To install 1 PVC water pipes for sinks and sanitary fittings

hand tools.
13. To install sanitary fitting (Toilet bowl, urinal bowl and sink )
using hand drill , hand tool and cement.

cement that can cause skin irritation.
To maintain proper body posture while tiles installation and to
comply buddy system if material handling is too large or too
heavy.
To use inspected ladder and to comply with buddy system and
