Description:
This four-bladed vaneaxial fan is called a Jet Fan because a
highvelocity jet of compressed air is ejected from the trailing
edge of the blade, as shown in the diagram. This results in
the forward rotation of the fan wheel just like a jet plane is
pushed forward by the high-velocity jet ejected from the rear
of the jetengine.
Use for general ventilation in any location where

The PIPEMATE pipe cutter is one of the CIGWELD range of quality fiame cutting machine only 9kg.
This hardworking unit offers troublefree maintenance, easy operation and true portability. With its
dependable chain drive, the PIPEMATE solves most circumferential cutting problems, independent
of electrical supply. This machine is easily moved from job to job and is at much at home on site as
in the workshop. The PIPEMATE is capable of producing square cuts and bevel edge preparations
over a wide range of pipe diameters and wall thickness.

Smooth, Dependable Drive
Drive is through a worm and wormwheel, the low gear ratio results in extremely smooth travel.
The drive gear and gear chain are designed for maximum stability, thus reducing backlash in
either direction.
Simplified Operational Control
The Control valves for fuel gas, heating oxygen and cutting oxygen are located away from the heat
affected zone, conveniently placed foe easy operator use,
Adjustable Blowpipe
Using either CIGWELD acetylene or LPG 3 seat cutting nozzles, the cutting blowpipe may be
adjusted 80mm perpendicular to the pipe surface and 120mm along the pipe surface by rack
and pinion . A graduated scale ensures accurate bevel setting, and a wing nut locks the cutting
blowpipe firmly in position.

Combination Adaptor Accessory
For Contour Marker Jombo or Standard models
This new tool paten will prove a great advantage to the layman, allowing him to use all four sides of the CONTOUR
MARKER in lay-outs on pipe, also structural steel. It allows him to work up to 30 pipe with the Standard Model
or up to 100 pipe with the Jombo Model by quartering or halfing his pipe. With it he can mark over nipples,
oldwelds, and without having to break the wrap so far back on wrapped pipe. The ADAPTOR allows him to
work compound angles in one setting of the tool, also to mark off any portion of elbows or 90 degrees he would
so desire, as you will note self explanatory illustration above. The tool is sold by your welding distributor as an
accessory to the CONTOUR MARKER

Radius Markers
THE STANDARD RADIUS MARKER folds to packet size. This sturdy, folding Radius Marker has a span of 8 for 1208, 20 for 1220, 24 for 1224
and easily swings a 16, 40, 48 circle or arc. THE JUMBO RADIUS MARKER is also the folding type; has a span of 40 and easily swing a 80
circle. These tools are precision made of rust proof aluminum dural. The Standard Radius Marker 1224 folded, measures only 91/4 in length, weighing
only 8 oz. The jumbo Model of course, is larger. Both are equipped with special spring washers to maintain accuracy and rigidity for years of service.
Pencil holder is made to hold round or flat pencils, soapstone, or steel point.

Circle Ellipse Projector

This tool is designed for making perfect circles, ellipse or oblong circles. The tool will work on pipe, tanks, boilers, cones, or any irregular, flat or round
surface. It is designed with strong magnettic base to hold in position while desired work is being performed. It also has sliding rods with protractor and
locking lever to adjust for desired lay-out, and a designed chalk holder for round or flat soapstone or will receive steel scribe or pencil. This tool works
from 11/2 circles to 18 circle. Also can be adjusted from (0) to 90 degree angle. Attachment for use on large pipe available on request.

Multi-Trammel Head
MULTI-TRAMMEL HEADS are diecast of strong durable, aluminum and are machine to accept standard 1/2 pipe or bar. Weight approximately 8 oz.
per set. equipped with 1/4 thumb screws and squared on back side for perfect perpendicular aligment. One head holds 1/4 case hardened center
point. The movable head holds 1/8 steel scribe, hardened to 59 rockwell. Also, the chalk holder will accept any of the marking devices illustrated in
picture. Radius setting points are cast in alighment with marking pionters for easy setting. Marks from 11/2 circle to as large a diameter as desired,
depending on length of 1/2 pipe used for trammel bar.

CURV-O-MARK UNIVERSAL LEVEL, the leveling tool that
pipefitters and pipe weldors have been waiting years to get their
hands on - is here! In one tool, a level, there is available all the
functions of a leveling device, such as, the capability of leveling
a run of pipe but also the capacity for accurately setting a
predetermined pitch of a string of pipe, setting the angle of
laterals to a precise degree, trueing vertical runs and

two-holing flanges. All because the UNIVERSAL LEVEL is fltted

with a CURV-O-MARK protractor dial bubble. The CURV-O-MARK UNIVERSAL LEVEL is a
durable aluminum casting to make it light-weight and rust proof. There are two cast-in 25-pound-pull
magnets (exerting a 50-pound-pull) which securely hold the level in place on any steel surface; a
feature that makes for handsfree leveling a welcome aid in some tight spots.
This new tool is a casting equipped with the

CURV-O-MARK protractor with level and two pins
held to body of level on a sliding scale. The sliding
scale on body allows the use of this tools on any size
flange as you always will use the two holes closest
together and then revolve flange to zero on any angle
to which you set dial. The two threaded, self-aligning
conical spacer and conical nut and bolt units are
designed to fit any size bolt hole. This method is
