National conference in Anna University Tiruchirappalli
Ball bearing application in automobile leads to regular replacement of lubrication and
possible of breakage due to heavy load application.
Introduction of electromagnetic field between shaft and bearing without ball creates
strong Dirac monopole field which lift bearing ring from shaft.
Title Study on Implanting of Vanes in Two Stroke Engine Crank presented in Anna University
Tiruchirappalli.
VGT (Variable Geometry Turbocharger) by implanting Vanes in engine crank of two
stroke, acts as turbocharger which increases boost pressure of air-fuel mixture and
efficiency.

PROJECT TITLE: Approach on Replacing of Ball Bearing by Electromagnetic Bearing.
The induction of electromagnetic field between the shaft and bearing creates strong
magnetic Dirac monopole string, which lift bearing from shaft.
INDUSTRIAL PROJECT:
PROJECT TITLE: Internal EGR Performance Optimization in 6-Cylinder Diesel Engine.
EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) internally is a valve overlap concept in which
exhaust cam is designed to admit recirculation of burnt gas.
The 20% burnt gas is mixed with fresh charge after exhaust stroke. Nox emission
depends mostly on amount of available O2.
The O2 content of burnt gas is less compared to fresh charge whose mixture led to
decrease in Nox.
