Vision: TO BECOME A GLOBAL LEADER INTECHNICAL EDUCATION
THROUGH CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION.
Mission: TO IMPART VALUE BASED TECHNICAL EDUCATION OF GLOBAL
STANDARD WITH HIGH SENSE OF DISCIPLINE WITH SOCIAL
REVERENCE IN A SERENE ENVIRNOMENT.

A. DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING
VISION
Providing new and innovative computing solution to various social problems.
MISSION
The Computer science department strives for excellence in creating, applying and
imparting knowledge in computer science and engineering through comprehensive
educational programs research in collaboration with industry and government.
B. DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION
ENGINEERING
VISION
To be recognized by the society at large as an excellent department, offering
quality higher education in the Electronics and Communication Engineering field
with research focus catering to the needs of the public and being in tune with the
advancing technological revolution and changing cultural challenges.
MISSION
To educate the students with the state of art technologies to meet the growing
challenges of the industry. Promote the establishment of centres of excellence in
niche technology areas to nurture the spirit of innovation and creativity among
faculty and students. Provide ethical and value based education by promoting
activities addressing the societal needs.
C. DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING

The Mechanical Department will be a desirable place to study and work, with our

community comprising the best and the brightest, because of research and
educational programs grounded in the mechanical engineering sciences and set
within the context of meeting important societal needs.
MISSION
The mission of the Department of Mechanical Engineering,REC has three beliefs
that center on the principle of improving lives and livelihoods:
To create knowledge through research in the science and technology of
mechanical engineering.
To share knowledge through educational programs and the dissemination
of our new discoveries.
