(Written) Examinations may be held during April, 2016. The students who were admitted during 2014
and who have completed Two Summers I Years, who were admitted during 2013, as per the
regulations, in vogue, are eligible to appear for the above examination. The Full-Time and part-Time
candidates, who have registered for the above examination during 2013 and absented/failed, are also
eligible for the above examination (if they are eligible as per regulations).
I am, therefore, request you to circulate the above information among the Staff Members (i.e.
Research Supervisors) and students and send the details on or before 16.01.2016 in the enclosed
Proforma' Failure to furnish full particulars mav result in denial of a chance to the elisible candidates
from qppearins for 2015 examinations. A copy of the same may be displayed on the Notice Boards.

The panel of naper setters/examiners for Paper-l (Research Methodoloev) shall be furnished bv
BOS of the concerned Subiect (in triplicate). as earlv as possible (preferabty on or before

the Chairman.

The Research 5upervisors of the candidates concerned shall furnish

(i) Three tvped copies of svllabus in the prescribed proforma.

(ii) Three tvped copies of model question papers for setting the question papers.
(iii) Panel of examiners/ paper setters/ containing not less than six names with their latest

Copy ofthe Proceedings issued to the candidate by the principal
Copy of the Joining Report duly signed by the Guide, Head and principal

(1) The

title of the paper should be identical to the Syllabus, Model euestion paper and panel of

Paper Setters/ Examiners.

(2) Kindly suggest panel of examiners who are presently in service

ln respect of absented/failed candidates, the Research Supervisors are requested to send Xerox
copies of the syllabus, model question papers and panel of examiners submitted earlier for taking
necessary action for setting the question paper etc., and to avoid last minute confusion.

ln case, of Inter disciplinary courses, clear mention should be made in the panel about the
the candidate is having the qualifying Degree and Department in which he/she is

faculty in which

doing Research. Both the main guide and co-guide should sign in the panel of paper setter/examiners
and syllabus sheet.

I am, therefore, requjst you to inform the Research Cuides to send the syllaUus wodel
question paper and panel of Paper setters/examiners etc., pertaining to their candidates directly to
the CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS in a sealed cover on or before 16.01.2016 under intimation to
the Principals/Head of the Dept. concerned.
This reference may kindly be treated as MOST URGENT.
