JOB SUMMARY
Maintains all airconditioning units in good functioning condition including auto airconditioning works of service vehicle

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Supervises airconditioning technicians
2. Prepares simple refrigeration and airconditioning plans/schematic diagrams
3. Prepares RAC and preventive maintenance programs and schedule of works
4. Repairs and troubleshoots aircon units and equipment
5. Checks and repairs the airconditioning and electrical system of service vehicles
6. Recommends replacement for equipment, parts and materials for airconditioning works
7. Estimates costs of aircon installation works
8. Installs airconditioning units
9. Recommends modification/improvement on refrigeration/airconditiong

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Does electrical works such as replacement of busted lights, damaged power outlets, circuit breaker, and other electrical devices and equipment
Does wiring installation, roughing-in of conduits and panel board termination
Reports electrical faulty wiring and other electrical problems
Repairs DepEd electrical appliances

5. Assists contractor in case in need of electrical power


6. Observes safety measures of the use of lighting facilities and electrical equipment
7. Takes charge of preventive maintenance and repair of all DepEd electrical equipment
8. Monitors all panelboard to avoid overloading and rewires wiring if under capacity
