Genesis

Commencing its operations in the year 1994, IndusInd Bank derives its name and inspiration from the Indus Valley
Civilization - a culture described as one of the greatest in the ancient world combining a spirit of innovation with
sound business and trade practices. IndusInd Bank has grown ceaselessly and dynamically as an organization driven
by a sincere zeal to give its customers banking services and products at par with the highest quality standards in the
industry.

Mr. Srichand P. Hinduja, a leading NRI businessman and head of the Hinduja Group, conceived the vision of IndusInd
Bank. It was a collective contribution towards Indias economic and social development that brought our bank into
being.

The Bank was formally inaugurated in April 1994 by Dr. Manmohan Singh, the then Finance Minister of India. It
started with a capital base of INR 1,000 million, which was contributed by Indian residents as well as NRIs..

A New Era

IndusInd bank boasts of more than 800 branches and over 1,500 ATMs spread across the country. The Bank also has
representative offices in London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The Bank enjoys clearing bank status for both major stock exchanges - BSE and NSE - and major commodity
exchanges in the country, including MCX, NCDEX, and NMCE. IndusInd Bank has been ranked 13th in the BrandzTop
50 Most Valuable Indian Brands 2015, as adjudged by WPP and Millward Brown.

This convenient and secure service is offered exclusively to all you IndusInd Bank customers to connect with your
Branch Manager, Relationship Manager or with our centralised Video Branch Executive. Enjoy all the banking

services which are offered on the IndusInd Bank Phone Banking and additionally, perform transactions like opening a
Fixed Deposit or Recurring Deposit, transferring funds through NEFT, RTGS anywhere in the world.
This service is made available for all Android (2.3 and higher) and Apple mobile devices (iOS 6, 7 and higher).

Check on Cheque
Now you can keep a record of all your issued cheques with the Check on Cheque facility!! Get access to copies of
your cheques on statements or through IndusNet Internet Banking.
Never lose track of your cheques.

Denomination Selection
Get the freedom to choose from a mix of 100, 500 & 1000 rupee denomination from IndusInd Bank ATMs. The
Choice Money ATM Service enables the customers to choose the denomination(s) of Cash Withdrawal. A gap in the

customer offering was identified whereby a customer was unable to get the Cash withdrawal amount in the
denomination of his choice. This service is available to both IndusInd Bank and non IndusInd Bank customers

Cash-on-mobile
IndusMobile's Cash-on-Mobile is an innovative feature that allows you to withdraw or send money by just using the
receiver's mobile number. You can initiate a Cash-on-Mobile transaction from either select IndusInd Bank ATMs or
through the IndusMobile Application. The receiver of the funds can withdraw money from select IndusInd Bank ATMs.
The receiver will get all the details required for withdrawal of the cash on his or her phone.

Quick Redeem
Get rewarded quickly!
Our constant effort is to add value to our relationship and in our endeavor to do just that, we have introduced the
quick redeem service. Transact on your IndusInd Bank credit card and request for quick redemption. The service
offers you to earn reward points in a transaction and to redeem these earned points instantly.

Direct Connect
Jump the queue!!! With IndusInd Banks Direct Connect service customers can directly speak to a bank executive
directly without having to go through an IVR (Interactive Voice Response). Hence no waiting or choosing of any
options needs to be done by customers. All a customer needs to do is to call phone banking from his registered
mobile number. This service is currently available for Exclusive Banking customers & Signature credit card holders.

audience.
All the advertisement campaigns have been developed using interesting and strong consumer insights
