Curriculum Developer. Prepared curriculum for US Air Force exportable training for
MX-15I synthetic aperture radar turret, used for training Iraqi Air Force radar operators.

Systems Test Engineer. Led a staff of three technicians conducting B-2 platform
specific testing of Link-16. Authored 55 testing scenarios and 70 test procedures, and
wrote trouble reports.

Sayres and Associates, San Diego, CA, Nov 2005 – Oct 2006.
Senior System Engineer for the Po Sheng Project. Developed system requirements
documents. Performed QA and validation testing, and verified that tests were executed in
accordance with test plans and procedures.
• Reduced test expenses by developing test procedures and policies that ensured
providing requested information to customer.

Senior Command and Control System Analyst for the GCCS M/SIAP. Installed,
