Systems Test Engineer II. Create detailed test procedures based on requirements
developed by systems engineers. Serve as team lead in laboratory testing of Aegis
weapons system, NATO Sea Sparrow, Rolling Airframe Missiles, Link-16, and similar
systems. Collect data for engineers using Data Analysis and Reduction Tools (DART),
and Generic Extraction Monitor (GEM). Write trouble reports during testing describing
problems in system passing test requirements.

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), San Diego, CA, Apr – Oct 2008.
Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer. Reviewed and developed SPAWAR test policies
for testing of naval combat systems. Provided direct support to SPAWAR test plan
development engineers.
• Selected for creating test & evaluation policies based on outstanding test and test
plan development experience.
Koam Engineering Systems, San Diego, CA, Oct 2007 – Jun 2007.
Systems Test Engineer. Led a staff of three technicians conducting B-2 platform
specific testing of Link-16. Authored 55 testing scenarios and 70 test procedures, and
wrote trouble reports.
Sayres and Associates, San Diego, CA, Nov 2005 – Oct 2006.
Senior System Engineer for the Po Sheng Project. Developed system requirements
documents. Performed QA and validation testing, and verified that tests were executed in
accordance with test plans and procedures.
• Reduced test expenses by developing test procedures and policies that ensured
providing requested information to customer.
