2,0 cm too tight, width across shoulder is 0,5-1,0 cm too tight, front neckline drop is ~1,0 cm too low
1.) please check fabric shrinkage of bulk fabric in advance and doublecheck measurements to insure for bulk that
measurements of finished garments will be kept exactly, please insure that fabric is inspected well and fabric is
without any defects, for this fabric A/B-cutting is possible, but in one garment fabric direction should be the same,
tolerance for body width +/- 2,0 cm and for length +/- 1,0 cm only

2.) measurements of size set sample have almost been kept, back length is 2,0 cm too short, bust width is 1,0 cm too
tight, hem width is 2,0 cm too tight, upper sleeve width is 1,0 cm too tight, back neckline width is 0,7 cm too wide, width
across shoulder is 1,0 cm too tight, front neckline drop is ~0,5 cm too high, please doublecheck your paper pattern
and fabric shrinkage and insure for bulk that measurements of finished garments will be kept exactly to avoid a claim
3.) fitting of dress is very good and we are very satisfied with the look and optic of dress, but please note that overlap
part at front skirt is too long, please make overlap part approx. 15 cm shorter than skirt itself
4.) at size set sample lining is too short, please doublecheck paper pattern and insure that lining is only ~3,0 cm
shorter than shell fabric
5.) dress will be made of georgette and lined with jersey fabric, only short sleeves will not be made with lining
6.) shoulder seam and back neckline must be secured with seam tape inside seam allowance to insure correct fitting,
take care of proper sewing and correct measurement of shoulder part left/right side, please insure that measurements
at bulk production will be kept exactly
7.) front part will be made with yoke seam, front part will be gathered at front yoke seam, please take care of even
gathering without bulky parts and insure that yoke seam will be on same height left/right side
8.) front part will be made with V-neckline made overlapped and placed in little pleats at waist seam, please take care
that little pleats are placed symmetric left/right side and that pleats are not puckering, please insure that overlap will be
fixed correctly and avoid that overlap and/or underlap part will be too long, please secure neckline edge with seam
tape inside seam to avoid stretching out of neckline edge, please insure that seam tape will not be visible on finished
garments, wrapped neckline needs to be safely secured with bar-tack to insure that neckline is not too deep and
buyer is properly wearing the dress, please make bar-tack directly at wrapping point of neckline and insure that both
sides are having same length, take special care that neckline is not replaced and one side is longer than the other
9.) dress will be made with pleated waist gusset at front with stitched pin-tucks, please insure that pin-tucks will always
have same distance between each pin-tuck and that pin-tucks will be stitched parallel and even, after pin-tucks have
been stitched back side will be made with soft interlining to secure waist gusset, please insure that interlining will be
fixed correctly onto back side of waist gusset after pin-tucks have been stitched
10.) sleeves will be made as short sleeve, sleeves will not be made with lining, hemline will be topstitched at 2,5 cm,
sleeve will be inserted without gathering at sleeve crown, please insure that sleeve will be sewn correctly and do not
twist shoulder crown, please insure that sleeve crown is long enough so that sleeve is not pulling upwards, at size set
sample upper sleeve width is too tight, please insure for bulk production that upper sleeve width is not too tight to avoid
a claim
11.) skirt will be made with overlap part at front only, please take care that overlap part is not pulling upwards at waist
seam, hemlines will be made with babylock seam, please take care of straight and even hemline without curvy parts,
at size set sample overlap part is too long, please insure that overlap part is approx. 15 cm shorter than skirt itself to
get proper optic
12.) dress will be made with invisible zipper inserted into left sideseam, please take care that sideseam will not be
stretched out and zipper is inserted flat without puckering
13.) dress will be made with jersey lining in matching color to georgette fabric, sleeves will be made without lining,
hemline of lining will be made with babylock seam, please insure that lining is fitting correctly into dress and pay
attention that lining will not be tighter or longer than shell fabric, at size set sample lining is too short, please insure for
bulk production that lining is only ~3 cm shorter than shell fabric
14.) please insure for bulk perfect quality of sewing and take care that you'll use sharp needle to avoid any pulled
fabric threads and any damage of seams, tolerance width and length = +/- 1,0 cm only, please take care that
