Answer:Wecanseetheperformanceofserverbasedonstatereportfromidleand
processingtheserver,whichareidle 49.75%,andprocessing50.25%.Itcanbe
concludedthattheperformanceoftheserver(teller)intothelesswellbecausethe
serverhasalargeidle.
4. Whatisthequeueconditioninthesystem?
Answer:Fromthestatereport,thepercentageofallowingcustomerfromqueueto
telleris16.26%,thenpercentagequeueemptyis83.74% becausecustomerwait
inqueuenotreached20customersandnotbusy.
d. Summary
In this model, there is no unsatisfied customer; 104 customers are the total
customers that can be served until finish. In the teller thereareidletimeis
49.75%,andprocessingtime50.25%.Theprocessofqueueissmoothlybecause
customerwaitinqueuenotreached20customersandnotbusy.

from all of the answer above in case study 2, additional Teller can make services
and queuing process more optimal, withtotalcustomerservedis112customer,
whichteller1areservices44customers,andteller2services68customers.And

incasestudy1.

theflowitemgoingout?Howtoovercomethisproblem?
Answer:Becausecapacityinallstationislimited(only1itemfor
eachprocess).ItcangetfromsummaryreportinclassProcessor
whichisthestats_contentmaxonly1.Solutionforthisproblemis
increasingcapacityofworkstation2becauseinworkstation2has
highprocessingtimeandlowidletimethatis 98.52% and 1.48%
respectively.Hence,itcangivechancetoanotherroutingtojoinin
that station to accelerate the process production with reducing
stats_contentmax,stat_timemaxinobjectiveQueue2classQueue.
