Flyers Fall To Kirkwood

from page 8
Greg Lahm led Lindbergh on the
offensive push with 27 points. The
6-foot-5 senior forward was one of four
Flyers who scored double-digits. It was
the third time this season Lahm had
reached the 20-point plateau.
Dominic Davis (14), Maurice Cade
(12) and Ryan Lacefield (10) also notched
double-figures.
Afterward, Lahm said that his
individual stats do not matter to him. He
just wants a team victory.
I want to win badly more so, than
how many points I score, he said.
Seven of Lahms 27 points came at the
free throw line. As a team, Lindbergh
shot 66.7 percent from the line their
highest percentage since Dec. 17, 2015,

against Washington High School (68.8

percent).
We fought hard, but we came up
short, Lahm said. Kirkwood is a good
team. We played well, I thought, for us.
Wolfard said that his Flyers have to
stay consistent in order to get back on
track.
Right now, its inconsistent here
and there, he said. We have to find
ways to get stops on defense. And, keep
battling. We just have to keep moving
forward.
The Flyers will turn the page this
weekend, as they host the Lindbergh
Basketball Tournament.
Well learn from (this) and move
on from it, Lahm said. Well take our
mistakes and fix them.
