SUMMARY OF FINDINGS

This section focuses on the different Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)s documents. The said TCTs are laid on the map accordingly.

Major Observations
Upon Conversion of the land title and researching the
subdivision plots in the Land Management Bureau (LMB)
and Land Registration Agency (LRA), There seems to be
a large differential shift of the property to the north west
of around 50 meters.

TCT 237089

This can be attributated to the faulty Mon. 13 of Sta.

Rosa Estate of Department of Environment and Natural
Resources-National Mapping and Resource Information
Agency (DENR-NAMRIA).

We have corrected it but it shall be a persistent issue unless

a resurvey by the Land Registration Authority is performed
All of the TCTs belong to a Lorenzo Tan.
Majority of the area are without structures and are
consumed by agricultural
development

TCT 237088

Land composition may prove hard for agriculture.

Upon researching, the property seems open

and starts to meander significantly. There is
not available subdivision plan as of January 9,
2016 that could help us determine the most
accurate borders of the property.

The northern borders are known due to the

availability of their own subdivision plans (1).
This, however, might change. According to the
strict encoding of the TCT the property does eat
up some buildings (2). We, however, find this
unlikely.

Skyeye Inc. started as a small project in August 2009 when a group

of multidisciplinary students taking their Masters and Bachelors degree
in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, Environmental Science,
Computer Science and Management got together
to explore the use of UAVs in the Philippines.

During the catastrophic and generally wild events of Ondoy,

the team decided that UAVs can be used as decision support tools
for disaster analysis, resiliency and response.
With a dream behind them, the original team took the plunge,
invested their own money and started working on Skyeye.
After a few years of development, learning, missing parties
and eating way too much pizza, as well as picking up angel investors
and faculty members of Ateneo to join the team,
Skyeye Inc. was incorporated on March 2013. It is one of the
first technology start-up led by students in Ateneo
and is housed in the Ateneo Innovation Center (AIC).
Run by a multi-disciplinary group of scientists and engineers,
Skyeye aims to improve the lives of people using UAVs.
