Endorphins are opiate-like molecules produced naturally in the body. They make you feel healthy
and good.

But as we age, our bodies produce less and less Endorphins, compared to when we were young.
And the decrease in production can differ greatly upon many variables.

But there is a direct relationship to the strength of your daily Endorphin production, AND the
strength of your own Bodys Immune System.

But as we begin to produce less daily Endorphins, our Immune System correspondingly begins
to weaken. And what happens next? We start to become sick, with autoimmune diseases
(of all sorts), and Cancers (of all sorts).

My Story
Retired from the Navy in 2005, following a long 30 year career
with the federal government.
Following retirement, started to become ill, with nerve problems
neuropathy, loss of body hair, leg and foot swelling. Other issues.
Was clearly Hashimotos Disease, but it took a blood test in 2009 by
an Endocrinologist (Endo) to formally diagnose me. Was told there
was no treatment for the Autoimmune Disease - Hashimotos. Was
advised to just continue taking my Thyroid Medication
Levothroxine(Levo) as there were NO other treatments available.

Accepted the Diagnosis, but NOT that there were no other

treatments. Researched and started Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
treatment with an LDN doctor in March 2012. The rest is History.

no benefits in the five-year survival rate.
