7.01
1.

ALUMINIUM DOORS (Non thermally broken system)
Supply of Materials
The Contractor shall supply metal parts together with all accessories and fittings,
and all ancillary materials for fixing such as bolts, screws, gaskets, etc., as well as
all workmanship necessary for the fabrication and completion of the Mock-up
according to the instructions of the Consultant.
The Contractor shall submit samples of all items for the selection and approval by
the Consultant.
Metal parts shall be of approved manufacture, and if required, the Contractor shall
submit certificates and test reports to show that they meet standard specification
requirements for such items destined for the use indicated.
2. Aluminum Elements
All metal work are to be executed according to the valid standards, directives,
government codes and building regulations, fire requirements and any other such
applicable regulation as (Alloys considered are 6063 T5 and 6063 T6 for frames
&6061/6082 for brackets):
