subsidiary of the Sherwin-Williams Company consisting of a shared
services centre established in September 2011. We have achieved MSC
Malaysia status, and have long term plans at this centre to provide
quality services in Information Technology and Finance to support all
phases of the business. IT plays a critical role in setting the future

Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. Today, as the Director of IT for our Asia Pacific region

Requirements :
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing
a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer
Science/Information Technology or
equivalent.
Preferred skill(s): Soft Skills/ General IT
Required language(s) : English and Chinese
Applicants must be willing to work in Ampang
Park Putra LRT Station
5 Internship positon(s) for duration of 3 - 6
month(s)
Able to commence internship program in
January 2016 onwards.

Job Scope :
Provide first level IT support to end users via
telephone calls or incident tickets.
Provide desk side IT support for Kuala
Lumpur office.
Actively participate in every facet of Service
Desk responsibilities including the full life
cycle of incident determination, evaluation,
escalation, and resolution.
Develop documentation, flow charts, reports
and perform data analysis for service
development and growth.
Participate in ad hoc requests or projects
