Mode of payment
A Local Order or Local Service Order (LO) is to be received latest on the first day of
training. However, should there is no show of training participants, a full charge shall be
charged and imposed on your guaranteed.
The class will be blocked upon receipt of the Government Letter of Undertaking within
three (3) working days.
Confirmation & Deposit
All reservation must be confirmed latest by 3 working days before the training date(s) in
order for us to facilitate the smooth operation of the training. In the event that we do not
receive your written confirmation by this date, UniKL MFI reserves the right to treat the
reservation as cancelled.
As per the payment we accept Local Order (full payment) which is made payable to
AKAUN PUNGUTAN UNIKL MFI upon check-in for processing. We do accept credit
card or cash payments however this is only applicable for personal account.
For payment by cheque, kindly bank the cheque to our Account payable to AKAUN
PUNGUTAN UNIKL MFI. Our account number is 8002198883 (Bank CIMB UNIKEB
Bangi)
Cancellation
In case of any cancellation, UniKL MFI requires a written cancellation of at least 5 working days prior to the
trainings scheduled. If the cancellation notice is not received by the stipulated time then UniKL MFI reserved the
right to forfeit the total deposit amount as stated above.
No Show Charge
In the training that the group with guaranteed deposit fails to show up on the schedule arrival date, and then the
deposit is deemed forfeited.
List of Participant
Complete list of participant, must be received by the UniKL MFI Management at least 3 working days prior to the
trainings scheduled.
Standard Check Out Time
The standard check time is 12 noon, however you are require to check out at the morning due to the class will be
finish at 5.00 pm on the last day of training.

Government Tax and Service Charge

The Hotels Management reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract period in the event of tax
alteration by the Malaysian Government and any proposed changes to the service changes to the service charge.
UniKL MFIs Management reserves the right to change the terms and condition as and when the need arises to
continuously upgrade the service extended.
