Anish Mukker

Anish leads Genpacts Banking Financial Services - Europe & Australia (E&A) Banking and GE Capital.
Under his leadership, the Europe and Australia business has grown substantially from sub scale in 2008
to 3500 in 2014. He has also led the Transitions and Solutions functions in the BFSI vertical. Anish has
over 18 years experience, with a decade in Financial Services. He is an Engineer and holds Masters in
Business Administration specializing in Finance, Strategy from IIM Calcutta.

Dhiraj D Kumar
Global Operations Leader, Operations in BFSI

Dhiraj, has over 17 years of experience in various functions panning from Sales, Operations ,Project
Management to transitions. In his current role, he is the Relationship Manager for Genpact Westpac
Partnership, engaged in Governance, Opportunity Assessment and providing access to different
solutions, helping the bank deliver better customer promise. In his previous role, he led operations for the
Westpac group (2006-2013) across all the business verticals. He joined Genpact in 1999 & has worked
with different businesses ranging from Healthcare, Annuities, Wealth Management to Banking. He is
6sigma certified and has driven several big impact projects improving Productivity, Controls and TurnAround Time. Dhiraj is a B.Sc. Graduate from Delhi University & holds a PG diploma in Sales and
Marketing Management. He is an Ardent cricket fan and a Die Hard Travel Enthusiast.
Nikhil Sharma
Global Operations Leader, Operations in BFSI

Nikhil Sharma has 17 years of industry experience in Business Management, Career Management,
Performance Management, Employee Engagement and HR Delivery Operations. He currently leads the
Operations for Westpac, a 1400+ business size across three sites Delhi, Gurgaon & Jaipur. Nikhils
experience ranges from handling global operations & Setting up HR systems and Practices to Leading
HR Related initiatives globally Rebadging and site set up. He is a Post Graduate in Management from
Delhi University and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Umesh Pahwa
Re-engineering Westpac-Genpact

Umesh has over 17 years of experience in the areas of outsourcing, shared services design and
transformation, customer relationship & business development in the financial, telecom , manufacturing
and services industry in various capacities. He currently leads Genpact Reengineering Practice for
Australia & New Zealand. For the last 5+ years, he has led various high impact projects with a business
impact in excess of $40 M for key Australian clients and also helped them develop operational
excellence frameworks. Prior to his Australia assignment, he worked as a lead process improvement
consultant for the second largest US bank working on numerous end to end high impact projects . Umesh
worked as a Black Belt for a large US banking client based at India.

Kamal Sharma
Service Delivery Leader Westpac-Genpact

Kamal has 9 years of Genpact experience in Operations Delivery. He leads the Back end operations for
Westpac, supporting a large network of branches, Unsecured Lending Processes & Servicing and
Maintenance of the Liability Products to the , Business and Institutional Customers.Prior to his current
role he worked for GE commercial finance supporting a Health care Business for Booking & Funding and
Cash Application. Before joining Genpact, Kamal worked for the biggest Indian Private Bank in
Mortgages, responsible for managing the Broker Channel and New Customer Acquisition. Prior to that he
worked for Cellular Communication in the Sales Function, launching the cellular service in a region by
setting up a vast channel of Franchisees and Direct Marketing Associates.
Pooja Khandelwal

Pooja Khandelwal has 14 years of experience in Operations and Finance & Accounting. She currently
leads GSS, F&A vertical of Westpac. In her previous role, Pooja worked with GE CFS, for 2 + years as
the reconciliations lead. Before joining Genpact, she had worked as a practicing Chartered Accountant
for 4 years and then 1 year with Hedge Fund Accounting Firm.
She is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Law graduate and holds certification from ACCA on IFRS
Jasbir Singh
Service Delivery Leader Westpac-Genpact

Jasbir Singh has 9 years of Genpact experience in Operations, Client Management & People
Leadership. He has been instrumental in transitioning Asgard from IBM and setting up the BT Insurance
business. He currently leads BT Wealth (Asgard & Corp Super), BT Insurance and Risk & Fraud
Operations. He leads a complement of 350 people, including 30+ management team.
In his previous role at Genpact, he had worked with Genworth for 2 years. Prior to Genpact he had
worked in Research and Consulting and holds the overall experience of 13+ years experience. Jasbir is
a graduate from Delhi University and holds Masters from London Metropolitan University. He is Six
sigma Green Belt certified
Abhishek Kumar

Abhishek A Kumar has 10 years of Genpact experience in Operations, Client Management & People
Leadership. He currently leads BTFG operations at DITP.
In his previous role at Genpact, he had worked with Genworth financials , a US based insurance
company. Before joining Genpact, he was a gentleman cadet at the National Defense Academy (Air
force). He holds Bachelor of Commerce & Series 6 license from NASDAQ, US.

Ranjith TR
Service Delivery Leader Westpac-Genpact

Ranjith TR leads the Offshore Business Banking Services, Westpac teams based out of NCR, India. He
leads a complement of 280 resources including 20 managerial staff. In his previous role, he managed
Operations for teams under Everyday Banking Services, part of Operations Services, Westpac. He has
over 07 years of experience in Operations management in Genpact. He graduated from Madras
University with Bachelor of Corporate Secretary ship and completed Certificate Course in Business
Management (residential) from Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He also is Six Sigma Green Belt
certified. Prior to Genpact, Ranjith served the Indian Army as a Commissioned Officer for 06 year
