DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANISATION

Please describe the size, scope of work, areas of specific expertise and competence;
expertise of the institution in the field covered by the project. (Limit: 20 lines)
M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. is a private training organisation mainly aimed at
training activities (supportive training courses for primary and secondary school students
and foreign language courses) and with a long experience in participating within European
projects, specially Erasmus+ KA1 projects, European Social Fund projects (specifically
under Human Capital National Cohesion Strategy Operational Programme),
Regional projects and many other project types. Until 2013 we were also actively involved in
projects within Lifelong Learning Programme (mainly Mobility projects within
Leonardo da Vinci Mobility IVT, PLM and VETPRO or Erasmus placements). M.E.P.
Europrojects Granada, S.L. is an organisation made up of a highly qualified and
experienced team of professionals with a large experience in training activities and in
participating in many different European projects of more than twelve years with countries

all around Europe and from the most varied fields (education and teaching, tourism, hotel
and catering, bar and restaurant service, bakery and confectionery, textile and fashion,
technical specialities, international commerce, bakery, confectionery, social and health care,
beauty and hairdressing, foreign languages study and teaching, IT and computing,
administration and management, international relations and cooperation, media, journalism,
graphic design, architecture, photography, video production and postproduction sector,
library, green economy and many more...)

3.3 TASKS

OF THIS ORGANISATION IN THE PROJECT

Indicate which specific tasks are to be assigned to this organisation involved and describe the
number and the profile of personnel to be involved in the project. (Limit: 20 lines)
M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. will organise together with Promoter/Sending
organisation all aspects related to the preparation, submission and implementation of their
European projects. M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. will organise not only the
internship but also all the necessary services to provide a complete training programme
for trainees from the most varied specialities. M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. can
also organise study visits, activities and jobshadowing for teachers and
professionals of any field. We can offer a comprehensive service including: arrangement
of the training programme for internships for trainees or study visits and activities for
teachers or professionals, accommodation, meals, local transport, airport transfer,
pedagogical, linguistic and cultural training (Spanish language and culture courses), cultural
activities, etc. Additionally, M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. will provide the necessary
monitoring and tutoring activities as well as helping in the process of evaluation and
validation of the learning experience.
M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. will provide all project participants with
Certificates accrediting their acquired knowledge and competences as well as
Certificates accrediting the Spanish courses attended and of course, will help to issue
and complete the Europass certificates for validating the learning experience.
Regarding the number and profile of the key staff involved in the project is concerned,
please find this information below:
The managing board is made up of:

-Mr Francesco Truini, project coordinator.
-Ms Sara Garca, project coordinator.
-Ms Maria Lara, Project Coordinator.

We also count on a team made up of different project coordinators, teachers in charge of
pedagogical, linguistic and cultural preparation (Spanish language and culture course) and
staff aimed at other services (i.e. transport, cultural activities, etc.)
Ms Mari Carmen Espartero, Director, counts on more than eleven years of experience in
dealing with European projects. Her profile is four-year University degree in Translation and
Interpreting (English, French and Italian speciality) and postgraduate University degree in
Pedagogical Aptitude Certificate.
Mr Jess Delgado counts on more than eight years of experience in dealing with European
projects as well as Higher Training in Administration and Business as well as Vocational
Training in Sports and Leisure activities.
Ms Sara Garca, Project Coordinator, counts on experience in dealing with European projects
(especially Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus projects). Her profile is four-year University
degree in Translation and Interpreting (English, French and Italian speciality) and Master in
Pedagogy.

Mr Francesco Truini, Project Coordinator, counts on an extensive experience in dealing with


European projects (especially Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus projects). His profile is a fouryear University degree in Law and International Relations; he also counts on Language
Training (English and Spanish).
Ms Maria Lara, Project Coordinator and Spanish Teacher. Her profile is a five-year University
degree and counts on experience in dealing with European projects and teaching Spanish
language courses and other specialised courses.
Ms Nieves Mauri, Project Coordinator and Economy expert. She has a long work
experience. Her profile is five-year University degree in Economy and Master in Human
Resources.
Ms Angelica Silvestri, Project Coordinator and Economy expert. She has a long work
experience. Her profile is five-year University degree in Political Sciences and Diplomacy.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE


Please briefly present the partner organization (e.g. its type, size, scope of work,
areas of specific expertise, specific social context and, if relevant, the quality system
used).
M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. is a private training organisation mainly aimed at
organising and implementing in Granada different European projects.
M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. is composed by the four member managing board and a
team made up of different project coordinators and teachers.
This company offers a wide range of professional and cultural activities.
In the professional field, M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. provides the opportunity to
individuals for work-related training abroad. For that purpose, we organise internships abroad
in many different fields as well as study visits for a great variety of professionals. At the same
time, we organise interesting and complete programmes for people with special needs
including different courses and activities.
In the cultural field, M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. promotes cultural immersion and
for that reason, we organise different language courses as well as activities for discovering the
great heritage of Andalusia.
Through a continuous monitoring process by our professional team, we guarantee the quality
of the services provided and the well-being of the participants.

What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for
this application?
M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, S.L. has extensive experience in organising European
projects: Lifelong Learning Programmes (primarily Mobility projects within Leonardo da Vinci
Mobility IVT, PLM and VETPRO or Erasmus placements for higher education students). Our
participation has also been extended to European Social Fund projects (specifically under
te Human Capital National Cohesion Strategy Operational Programme) and from the
end of 2013 we are also fully involved to participate in the Erasmus+ programme (especially
within Key Action 1). Our activities and experience in these years include training activities
(supportive training courses for primary and secondary school students and foreign language
courses), internships and study visits according to the profile of the participants. M.E.P.
Europrojects Granada also provides the necessary services to achieve a complete training
programme for trainees and professional workers from the most varied specialities. Among
these services, we include accommodation, transport and administration and management, as
well as meals and a range of cultural activities.
Within these projects we are cooperating with European partner organisations and
neighbouring partner countries.
We act mainly as a receiving/intermediary organisation for interns from a variety of EU
countries and also offer numerous high quality vocational training placements in various and
diverse fields (education and teaching, hotel and catering, tourism, bar and restaurant service,
bakery and confectionery, social and health care, beauty and hairdressing, foreign languages
study and teaching, IT and computing, administration and management, international
relations and cooperation, media, journalism, graphic design, architecture, photography, video
production and postproduction sector, library, green economy and many more...)

Carmen Espartero as the Director, counting on more than nine years of experience in dealing
with European projects (especially Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus projects). Her profile is a
four-year University degree in Translation and Interpreting (English, French and Italian
speciality) and postgraduate University degree in Pedagogy. Jess Delgado as the Vicedirector,
counting on Vocational Training in Administration and Business as well as Vocational Training in
Sports and Leisure activities. Sara Garca as a project coordinator, counts on experience in
dealing with European projects (especially Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus projects). Her
profile is a four-year University degree in Translation and Interpreting (English, French and
