Instructions for Completing Implementation Costs

Click on the tab at the bottom marked "Implementation".

The spreadsheet has protection turned on without password protection. You can enter data in any unprotected
cell. The cursor will NOT move to protected cells.

Provide the name of the project.

Replace "FYxx" with the applicable fiscal year. For example, FYxx becomes FY11 or FY12.

Replace or delete the blue sample data.

Provide the IT costs and breakdown of full-time and part-time, permanent and project IT FTEs required to
implement this investment. IT FTEs should include staff on loan from other agencies. Do not include ongoing
maintenance costs.

If there are not enough rows in the IT FTE area, additional rows may be added. Rows cannot be deleted.

Copy the total from the yellow highlighted cell to "Investment Cost" in Section 4 of the IAR form
