1) As per
the ADEHSMS RF-Element 05 ensure
to provide the training and Receiving Authority
competeancy of the operator and concrete workers

2) As per the EHS RI- CoP 36 Ensure to provide the safe plant & Machinery (concrete Supervisor
pump)
3) Competend Pump Operator ,pump helper and site supervisor are liable to ensure the
safe placement of the pump by considering the ground condition ,over head
obstruction and sufficient place
4) Trained signal men and pump technician for controlling the concrete Transmixer
arrival and taking reverce
5) Competend Operator ensure and monitor the the flow of concrete throgh the pump
for avoid chocking
6) Use leather gloves to avoid electric shock
7)Vibrator machine should be maintained and inspected by competent person
periodically
8) Avoid over reaching by providing sufficient working platform
9) Job should be carried out by atleast two person by rotation for avoiding erganomic
hazards
10) Proper access and egress should be maintain on the work area and ensure that
proper housekeeping is in place
11) Avoid trailing electric cables on the ground,Cables should be lifted above the
ground level
12) Proper PPE should be use for avoiding contact of concrete with human body
(Eg:Coverall,Safety Spectacles,Respiratory mask,Gumboots,Gloves etc..)
13) PPE should be maintained properly and don't allow to use damaged PPES
