This tutorial will discuss how to use a standard off the shelf protective relay and deploy
it to monitor a HV circuit breaker.
Discussion of the application of the relay in detail.
In addition each functional monitoring element will be discussed, along with guidance
on the settings of the monitoring functions above.
Lastly the required visualization, reporting and trending will be discussed for a HV
circuit breaker monitoring system.
