As Training Manager I lead a team of professional trainers that provide training on soft skills, customer

I optimized and continuously improved expectations by providing learning solutions not simply
training.
I drive relationships with Senior Leadership to influence training value and to drive training objective
development for future goals.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visio, Adobe Presenter, SnagIt,
Webinar applications (WebEx and GoTo); managed designers using Adobe eLearning Suite primarily
Captivate; and managing team members located in Arizona and Iowa.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
To increase profitability, scalability, and agility; implemented flipped classroom, social learning,
gamification, blended learning and eLearning to increase reach, deepen learning for todays adult
learners, and to reduce travel expense by >50%.
To prevent revenue leakage, I developed contract language to institute boundaries around training
events.
