The purpose of this procedure is to identify and assess the Indonesian Legal and other requirements
and to ensure PT OKI is in compliance with the legal and other requirement in all the activities that have
or may have a significant impact to the health, safety and environment.
This procedure covers all activities carried out by employees, contractors, and third parties associated
with the company activities in PT OKI.
Prosedur ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai peraturan perundangan Repubik
Indonesia dan persyaratan peraturan lainnya, dan untuk memastikan PT OKI mematuhinya di dalam
semua jenis aktifitas bisnisnya, baik yang sudah maupun yang mungkin menimbulkan dampak atas
aspek K3LH.
Prosedur ini berlaku untuk semua aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh karyawan, para kontraktor, dan juga
pihak ketiga yang bekerja di lingkup proyek PT OKI.

PT OKI is committed to full compliance with relevant Indonesian Government statutory requirements as
detailed below, but not limited to:

Induction programs offered and comply with the requirements presented during inductions.
To ask their superior on any guidance if required
Implement all PT OKI requirements and standards at workplace.

K3LH umum dan mematuhi apa yang disampaikan dalam induksi tersebut
Meminta petunjuk atasan bila diperlukan
Penerapkan semua peraturan dan standar PT OKI di tempat kerja
To understand related legal requirements on project and construction issue by attending General
Induction programs offered and comply with the requirements presented during inductions.
To ensure all their new and transferred employees and long term visitor receive and understand
the general and site specific induction within 5 (five) days of job placement to fully aware with all
related regulations.
To ensure all short term visitor have receive the appropriate visitor orientations prior to visit PT OKI
site.
To escort his/her short term visitor accordingly.
Report and coordiante with the manager for the issue that he/ she can not resolve

on the applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and other requirements
related to PT OKIs activities, products and services.

PT OKI harus mengidentifikasi dan menilai semua peraturan perundangan K3LH Republik
Indonesia dan dari sumber lainnya, yang sesuai dengan semua jenis aktifitas, produk, dan
jasanya.
A register of applicable Acts and Regulation and other requirements relevant to HSE matters shall
be developed by HSE Department
Daftar peraturan perundangan yang terkait tersebut harus dibuat oleh departemen K3LH
The activity of identification and assessment of Indonesia/ Other Country (If required) Legal and
other requirements shall be conducted at least once every six (6) months by HSE Department
Pengidentifikasian peraturan perundangan RI (atau yang lainnya) yang terkait dengan K3LH ini,
harus dilakukan oleh departemen K3LH paling sedikit setiap 6 bulan sekali.
4.4
Every Departments shall communicate throughout the Departments organization for all PT OKIs
employees and contractors engaged in their activities pertaining the Indonesia/ Other Country (if
required) Legal and other requirements that to be fulfilled.
Setiap departemen harus mengkomunikasikannya kepada semua karyawan dan kontraktor yang
ada kaitannya dan yang berada di bawah tanggungjawabnya agar mereka mampu mematuhinya.

Departments within PT OKI shall identify and assess the activities, products and services that are
governed by Indonesia/ Other Country (if required)) Legal requirements.
Setiap departemen harus mengidentifikasi semua jenis aktifitas, produk, atau jasa yang ada di
bagiannya yang mana diatur oleh peraturan perundangan RI atau oleh peraturan lainnya (bila
diperlukan)
Departments shall ensure their activities, products and services are listed in the Legal and other
requirements register and comply the requirements.
Setiap departemen harus memastikan bahwa jenis aktifitas, produk, atau jasa yang ada di bagiannya
telah dimasukkan ke dalam daftar peraturan perundangan terkait.
4.6
The Departments within PT OKI that do have legal requirements mapped to their activities, products
and services are responsible to ensure their activities, products and services are in compliance to the
relevant Legislative Acts, Regulations and Code of Practice.
Setiap departemen yang sudah mengidentifikasi peraturan perundangan yang terkait dengan aktifitas,
produk, atau jasa yang ada di bagiannya, harus memastikan bahwa semua aktifitas, produk, atau
jasanya tersebut patuh memenuhi persyaratan perundangan tersebut.
4.7
MONITORING
PENGAWASAN
Harus ada program untuk mengawasi bahwa semua aktifitas senantiasa sesuai peraturan
perundangan
Daftar aktifitas dan daftar perundangan yang telah dibuat, harus ditinjau ulang setiap kuartal,
untuk memastikan tingkat kesesuaian dan kepatuhannya.
4.8
EFFECTIVENESS OF IMPLEMENTATIONS

The effectiveness of Legal and other requirements shall be reviewed at least once per year that will
cover:
Status of activities conducted in every department pertaining to the legal requirements in the Legal
register
Communication throughout the departmentss organization for all PT OKIs employees and
contractors Communication of the Legal and other requirements
Status kesesuaian semua aktifitas yang telah dilakukan terhadap perundangan yang mengaturnya
Komunikasi yang telah dilaksanakan oleh setiap departemen terhadap semua karyawan dan
kontraktornya yang terkait

Register peraturan perundangan akan diperbarui Apabila ada perubahan pada peraturan tertentu
atau apabila ada yang baru.
A procedure or work instruction of the activities, products and services shall be developed (when
required) to support the requirements that have been identified in the Legal and other requirement
register.
Sebuah prosedur atau instruksi kerja terkait aktifitas, produk, atau jasa tertentu harus dibuat untuk
dapat memenuhi semua persyaratan yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundangan terkait.
The latest copy of Legal and other requirements register pertaining to the HSE shall be made
available.
Salinan peraturan perundangan terkini yang terkait dengan K3LH harus senantiasa tersedia
The performance of meeting the latest legal requirement shall be informed in the Management
Review.
Kemampuan untuk memenuhi peraturan perundangan terkini/ yang dimaksud, harus disampaikan
