The Gospel Of John Introduction Hour

Over the years, I cant tell you how many times I get asked the question..

How do you think we should establish halacha and the community?

My answer to most unfortunately is with yet another question for them to ponder.

How can we establish, formulate any type of community or halacha if we do not understand
how cognitive communities lived in ancient times?

Conceptual ideas of Righteousness and Justice, Honor & Shame, Ancient Covenant
Structure are all foundational precepts to any ancient community of Israel.

So why do we not just work on establishing these principles in our individual lives, then our
congregations instead of people only wanting to rule over another?

The answer I believe is linked to us only tunnel visioned on our 5 Senses Mentality of the
Kingdom and always seem to be forgetting we are supposed to be furthering the Greater, the
Eternal Kingdom that is still in existence presently outside our realm of time.

Melanie and I discussed last night on how much evil and disgust our eyes have seen in this
life. And now if we think about the 5 senses, we can say that statement to every one of the 5
senses that we have run to .willfully.

So today my prayer is that of one for forgiveness from my King YHWH for all the willful acts of
rebellion I have committed in this life while focusing on my own 5 senses kingdom and was
not walking fully in the ways and precepts of HIS Kingdom.My longing in this life is to be the
best husband, the best father, and the best servant. I have fallen quite short of all of these
goals over the years, and if we are all honest, we recognize that we all have also. But if we
can move beyond just the 5 senses mentality of building our own kingdoms and seek out the
Kingdom of YHWH, does Yeshua not say that all else will be given?
