MANIFESTO
It is known that the BSP is the only political party in the nation which evaluates practical
work and not in hypothesis. The Bahujan Samaj Party restricts shadowing the footmark
of the already ruling parties and wants make a mark on their own. The scheme of
wellbeing and prosperity of the ordinary men and other spectacular orientation of the
party are clearly displayed to see for the rest of the country.
Under BSP's administration, progress and justice are given to that class or part of the
society, which deserve it most. The party strives to give majority of its attention to those
sections of people who are weak and are far behind in comparison to the rest in social
and economic classes. The party promises to see the society as one family and take
care of all those people who are underprivileged in real sense. To convert this into
reality, the party has founded several welfare committees since the year 1995. The
main objective of BSP is to found unity and equality in all over the country by taking the
people of higher class along with weaker sections, on the way to maintain brotherhood
in all the layers of the society. By making the above points, BSP assures that it is the
only party which can give a right and just government to our nation and can build a
allied and objective society on the basis of equality and brotherhood.

CPI (M)
MANIFESTO

The declaration promises that it will upsurge the annual Plan Expenditure amounting to
10 percent of India's current GDP and also to start up substitute economic policies and
elevation of secularism. It vows initiation to dig black money, stashed in Swiss Banks
and other off-shore docks. It has guaranteed development of Minimum Support Price
coverage to more harvests, restoration of the Public Distribution System (PDS) and
discount in the retail prices of petrol and diesel by cutting taxes and excise duties on oil.
It has established a very strong law against communal violence and also pledges to
demolish the organization that encourages communal hate and attacking
underprivileged, through suitable legal actions. The CPI-M promotes restoring of the
aptitude equipment and improved co-ordination amongst safety and intelligence
agencies to deal with the hazard of terrorism. It also highlights on the reconstruction of

the police forces, firming of the coastal security system. It promises a self-governing
and non-aligned foreign strategy and modifying the Constitution to make legislative
authorization compulsory for any international agreement. For the well-being of the
labors, the manifesto promises strictest operation of all employment laws, improved
legislature of unrecognized subdivision workers and equal compensation for women
employees in all areas of work. The CPI-M vows the enactment of Women's
Reservation Bill to safeguard one-third reservation for women in the legislatures and
strict act against untouchability and killings of scheduled castes. The CPI-M has
planned an Equal Opportunity Commission with satisfactory authorities and construction
of a sub-plan for the Muslim minorities on the lines of ancestral sub-plan in order to
implement the Sachar Committee references.The CPI-M also promises employment
assurance to be extended to cover all adults and for as many days as demanded.

CONGRESS
Indian National Congress guarantees the maximum possible security to each and every
citizen, especially comprehensive social security to those at special risk. It promises top
accelerate the process of police reforms and assures the highest level of defence
preparedness by taking further steps for the welfare of the defence forces and their
families.
The party promises to provide food security, energy security, health security to all and
make quality education affordable to everyone thus making India a hunger free,
secured, disease free and literate country. The country also pledges to expand schemes
for improving well-being of farmers and their families and to democratize and
professionalize the functioning of cooperatives. The party plans to implement a
nationwide skill development program and give even greater impetus to the
empowerment of weaker sections of society. The party ensures to combat
communalism of all kinds and caste atrocities with determination and bring a sharp
focus on the special needs of children, especially the girl child. It further extends itself to
financially help the elected panchayat institutions and connect all villages to a
broadband network in three years time. Special focus will be given to the small
entrepreneur and to small and medium enterprises. The party promises to maintain the
path of high growth with fiscal prudence and low inflation and it has taken a first step
towards the same by introducing the goods and services tax from April 1, 2010. The
party has offered a new deal to our youth to participate in governance by introducing
Indian Youth National Congress, thus giving completely a new look to the urban
governance.
The main objective of the party is to protect India's natural environment, take steps to
rejuvenate it and to carry out a massive renewal of our extensive science and
technology infrastructure. The party pursues independent, pro-India foreign policy
judicial reforms to cut delays in courts but still continues to be sensitive to regional

aspirations. The Indian National Congress will take further steps to preserve and
promote our heritage and will intensify the involvement of overseas Indians in
development.

BJP
The Bharatiya Janatha Party has its own manifesto which promises every citizen to
dream about a prosperous and powerful nation. It says India needs a significant leader
for stability and security and it will secure the nation in such a way that fear shall no
longer stalk this land. There shall be no compromise or concession when the talks are
about defending India. Indias sovereignty shall be proclaimed by engaging independent
strategic nuclear programme.Food security will be provided to the citizens so as to
make India, a hunger free country. Indias voice shall be audible across the world. India
shall be protected from future crisis by providing a strong energy security. National
Identity Cards shall be provided for all. The party promises to revive the national
economy from recession to absolute job growth. The facilities towards the agricultural
field will be made possible in such a way that our country will just have debt free
farmers and the land acquisition for infrastructure will be planned so as to protect the
farmers interest. Youth power will be strengthened by permitting young India to move
forward and sports will be promoted to make youth healthy and competitive. Educational
amenities will be provided to make our country a complete literate one. Science and
technology will be so advanced that we will reach the moon and beyond. The party will
work towards woman empowerment making Nari Shakti a key to protect the womens
rights. Social justice and harmony is ensured to Dalits, OBCs and economically weaker
section of society. Every senior citizen will be respected and taken care of. Health for all
and creating green environment is in the partys main agenda thus promising to be
committed to good governance in all administrative issues and centre state relations.
Above all the party mainly believes in preserving our cultural heritage.

NCP
Nationalist Congress Party would ensure the unity and integrity of India by
strengthening the federal set up through decentralized functioning of the government
and the rule of law without any prejudice to any religion, caste, creed, community,
region, sex or status. NCP's slogan in the election is good governance and a stable
government, development oriented, transparent and corruption-free. By equity and
social justice NCP mean to ensure equal opportunity for all in all spheres of life,
especially for education and skill development with special affirmative action for the
deprived sections of the society.
