---------------------------------------------------------------------------What is GAMI (GTA-Action Mod-Installer)?
-------------------------------------------------------GAMI is our very own mod installer. This installer is able to choose eve
ry part of mods before you
install them. GAMI gets his information from the GAMP file, which only c
ontains data which were manipulated.
Also GAMI is the only installer who automatically defrags the IMGs after
applying changes.
Accessorily GAMI comes with an GUI. Therein you can view the mod content
and chose from the options before
you install one of our mods.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------Note:
-------------- GAMI only runs on latin OS. It doesnt support Cyrillic!
- GTA-Action Mod-Packs (.gamp Files) only works perfectly if you have GT
A-SA V1.00 US/EU
I recommend to use the Hoodlum Executable.
- If you have GTA-SA V2.00 you have to use the WIN32 SelfInstaller at fi
rst!
After that you can use .gamp Files also. The reason is that the Win32
Installer comes with a whole
gta3.img, player.img, cutscene.img from V1.00 US. In the V2.00 are som
e files inside the .img Files
missing. Forget the Downgrade shit it wont work, trust me. The Win32 V
ersion must run with every version.
If not you have a ripped or corrupt DVD/Image.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------Diese Mod wandelt San Andreas in eine Winterlandschaft inklusive Schneefall um.
Das Konzept der Mod basiert
auf der Idee die ganze Map in eine Winterlandschaft umzuwandeln. Die Entwicklung
szeit der Mod betrgt
ber 3 Jahre und schlgt sich auch in vielen Details nieder. So sind die Texturen in
dieser Mod nicht nur
einfach eingeweit, es wurden echte Schneefotos als Basis verwendet, was zu einem
plastischen Eindruck fhrt.
Die Fahrbahnen sind mit typischen Reifenspuren durchzogen, doch auch hier wurde
nicht einfach nur
eine "grau" Linie gezogen. Vielmehr sind es verschiedene Profile in verschiedene

n Breiten die sich

berlagern. Bei Bremsmanvern hinterlassen die Reifen des Fahrzeuges zustzliche Spure
n und machen dabei
auch die typischen Gerusche (kein Quietschen) wie sie auf Schneeoberflchen zustand
e kommen. Auch an
Kleinigkeiten wie Eiszapfen wurde gedacht. Die Fahrzeughandling ist den Winterun
gsumstnden angepasst.
Die Bodenhaftung ist global fr alle Fahrzeuge um 30% gemindert. Fr Fahrzeuge die n
achtrglich installiert
werden gilt das ebenfalls! Desweiteren wurde auch eine Vielzahl von Gebudetexture
n erneuert, diese hier
jedoch alle aufzuzhlen wre zu umfangreich. Doch das war es noch nicht an Details,
jeder von euch kennt
sicher die Werbetafeln die auf der ganzen Map verteilt sind. Jetzt wre es natrlich
leicht, diese gegen
irgendwelche Markenwerbung zu ersetzen, dies wurde hier jedoch nicht gemacht. Di
e User auf gta-action waren
aufgerufen ihre Werbeplakate einzusenden, jeder konnte fr seine Homepage oder fr s
ein Web-Projekt eine
Werbegrafik entwerfen die nun eine der zahlreichen Werbetafeln ziehrt. Es sind n
och weitere Randobjekte
wie Telefonzellen,Laternen,Container und Getrnkeautomaten berarbeitet worden.
Viele PEDs haben passende Winterkleidung verpasst bekommen, so stapfen die Prosti
tuierten nun im
dicken Pelzmantel durch San Andreas. Selbstredend das auch CJ Winterklamotten fr
sich kaufen kann.
Ein groer Teil dieser Modifikation besteht aus neuen Fahrzeugen, die die kantigen
Original-Modelle ersetzen.
Bei den Fahrzeugen wurde darauf geachtet, dass sie dem Original so nah wie mglich
kommen.
Der fiktive Staat San Andreas wurde auch ein bisschen erweitert, so gibt es nun
in der Nhe vom
Santa Monica Peer einen riesigen Berg der sich ideal zum Driften im Schnee eigne
t.
Unterm Strich kann man sagen, dass dieses Mod-Pack die wohl umfangreichste Modif
ikation fr GTA-San Andreas ist
Mein besonderer Dank geht an all die vielen Co-Autoren ohne deren Arbeit
dieses Mod-Pack niemals das geworden wre, was es heute ist!

A: Ja. Es gibt jedoch einige Einschrnkungen der Spiel-Engine sowie durch den Aufb

1. SA crashes after loading is complete
Version: Mod-Pack RC8 - Snow Andreas 3.5 Final (GAMI Installer Version)
Effect: GTA-SA V1.00 EU/FR/ITA/RUS
Szenario: After the installation on a clean SA - V1.00 XX where the language is
another then english, the game freeze after loading savegames or new game
Solution
First succesfuly solution tested with clean GTA-SA V1.00 US with M$ Vista 32-bit
English Operating System and French language San Andreas.
Before you install the Mod, disable the User Account Control of Vista! Otherwise
the installer cant start some Batch routine without a error message.
You have to use English (american.gxt) as game language. Some CLEO Scripts requi
re the american.gxt as loaded language libary.
(in this case american.gxt and french.gxt in TEXT Folder was interchanged. works
but some lang texts are missing.)
To check:
Make sure that the "CLEO" Folder is present in the target directory.

Lsung: die main.scm vom Carsalon einspielen sowie die gxt Dateien.

Lsung: Prfen ob die wg_l_tbox_2.dff und wg_r_tbox_2.dff in der gta3.img vorhanden

Case 6: (nur bei der GAMI Version)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------Fehlerbild: Beim auswhlen einer Tuningfelge luft das Spiel weiter man kann jedoch
das Tuningmen nicht mehr verlassen. Darber hinnaus ldt die Festplatte kontinuierlic
h Daten. Es ist jedoch noch mglich per Escape ins Hauptmen zu gelangen und das Spi
el regulr zu schliesen.
Ursache: falsche(r) veh_mods.dat Eintrag (wurde in Version 3.6 behoben)
Lsung bei lteren Versionen als Mod-Pack RC8 - Snow Andreas V3.6:
1. wheel_bugfix.gamp im Ordner "Extras" ffnen (nur bei Versionen vor 3.6 enthalte
