Israel-Palestine Conflict

ISRAEL-PALESTINE CONFLICT
The General Assembly and Security Council,
Aware of past actions of resolutions 1397 (2002) and 194 (1948), which were in place to
allow Palestinians to return safely and cooperate with the Israelis, have been disregarded,
Noting with deep concern the increasingly fatal and devastating conflicts between Israel
and Palestine that are leaving many Palestinians as unwanted refugees, denied the right to
return to their homes and Holy Land,
Keeping in mind that Israel is the only singularly Jewish country, internationally
recognized,
Welcoming the passing of a two-state solution in order to allow a safe strictly Jewish state
and an Arab state of Palestine to coexist and remedy the heavy conflicts,
Recognizing the increasing urgency of the crisis regarding Israel and Palestine that has
only deepened, with minimal progress to prevent the ever-increasing levels of suffering
(Judeh),

Realizing Palestinians desire the land that they were exiled from, but a two-state solution
with 1967 resolution 242 borders would be able to restore a section of the land they were
once in ownership of,
Seeking the recognition of both Palestine and Israel from neighboring countries to push
forward the division of current Israel by the 1960s resolution 242 boundaries,
Desiring a two-state solution in order to reduce conflicts regarding Israel and Palestine by
creating two separate states, an Arab state of Palestine and a Jewish state of Israel,
1) Calls upon the reintroduction of the boundaries prescribed in resolution 242
(1967) to adapt a two-state solution in order to establish Palestine while continuing
existence of the Jewish state of Israel:
a) With the designated Holy Lands of each faith protected and
included in the lands split between the Palestinians and Jewish;
b) With the city of Hebron, home of the Cave of the Patriarchs
(Ibrahimi Mosque), be a location shared between both the Israeli and Palestinians;
2) Further requests the removal of Israeli settlements and retreat from the
Palestinian territories established in the 1967 borders:
a) With the lands taken from the Palestinians and given to the Israelis
returned to the Palestinians if included in the 1967 borders;
b) With the Israelis occupying the settlement to return to the lands
that belong to the Jewish state;
c) With recognition of the Israeli state commencing once the
settlements are removed from the land established as Palestinian;
3) Urges the Arab countries surrounding the Jewish state to house the Palestinian
refugees for two (2) years after the resolution passes to allow the Palestinians time to
relocate into their own Arab state:

a) With the surrounding Arab countries to absorb the Palestinians

who are unable to leave the countries two (2) years after the resolution passes;
4) Further invites countries to recognise both Israel and Palestine in order to further
the process of accepting and creating two separate countries with the previously
established boundaries;
5) Reminds that the passing of a two-state would need restrictions on both parties to
help ensure safety of the two peoples:
a) With the first seven (7) month after the resolution passes both
countries are placed under high surveillance of imports and exports by the United
Nations Security Council:
b) With the first year after the two-state solution passes to be under
military sanction as well as an international trade tariff to ensure safety between
the two nations and to others;
6) Supports the demilitarization of Israeli forces located in the West Bank and Gaza
Strip to step forward in the workings for peace between the two nations;
7) Expresses its hope that the United Nations Security Council will assist in
protecting and helping those Palestinians and Israelis that are traveling to and from their
places of worship in peace;
8) Encourages the two-state solution to create two mostly satisfied nations, one Arab
and one Jewish.
