• Conducted requirement analysis, identified the gap between the needs of our client, Yang Ming Group, and the features
in our standard product, and wrote the customized feature specifications
• Designed user interfaces for CPAS 4.1 based on usability studies with a user-centered design process, including
prototyping and storyboarding
• Facilitated cross-team communication, built consensus to prioritize features and launched CyberLink ePerformance
