double spacing. The min-max word limit is 950 to 1050 words

Given the ethical issues, describe, evaluate and critique what the
organization has done to resolve the problems or issues
Propose viable alternative solutions or enhancements compliance-based and integrity-based solutions

constraints, legal considerations etc.
