the PortUp software product. This Software is being provided free of charge exc
lusively for non commercial use. You must not distribute this software through a
website or any other medium or charge money or fees for this software product t
o anyone without permission from the copyright owner. Administrators of a PC may
install this software on behalf of another user provided you give the recipient
a copy of this agreement. The copyright holder reserves the right to reclassify
this software at a later date (i.e. shareware, licensed royalty software, or pu
blic domain). Doing so will not modify the license agreement of previously distr
ibuted executables.
This program is provided as is without warranties of any kind, either expressed or
implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantabili
ty and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and p

ment. The PortUp License Agreement is then effective while you use and continue
to make use of this software product. If you do not agree with this software agr
eement you must not use this software. This software license agreement is subjec
